This gym is next level ️ you don’t feel like your just a number hear as the staff are always around to help in anyway with a smile on there faces.

Great friendly club! Everything is always clean and I can always get on the equipment I want without waiting!

I was a member of the club while I was living in SE Queensland in 2021 and early 2022 and the place is great. The 24/7 access is excellent for coming in outside of regular hours, but even during busier times I was always able to do a workout as there is quite a range of equipment.
They've recently added a rig and more free weights which really suited me too. The club is always clean and tidy and has good shower/change facilities.
A great bunch of people - highly recommended.

This gym is absolutely unprofessional and a money grab. I with having working during their staff hours. After months literally 4 months of messaging via email, texting and calling with no response back there. I was forced to pay my 4 weeks cancellation despite the fact that it was placed in writing months before for cancellation. Bec advised that she would have head office look into this to have it rectified. It has now been 1 month with no outcome. Bec finally answered today and advise there is nothing she can do and it is not her job. Last I checked if a customer lodges a complaint she would have a chain of command to follow to get to a solution. Absolute horrible service, they miss sell their services and can't even provide a clean falility.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere when training. Best gym experience. Great challenges and support from staff.

This place is a workout heaven. Very helpful and supportive staff. Even the gym members are friendly.

Love the gym. Small and effective. Nice people working and other members. I never feel intimidated out of a workout like some other gyms I have been to

I actually look forward to going to the gym! It is such a friendly and safe environment especially for young female adults like myself. The equipment is always pristine and I never have to wait to use a machine. The gym itself smells fresh and amazing 24/7 and there is always up to date music playing if you happen to forget your headphones!

Staff are lovely, gym is fairly quiet most of the time which is great! Equipment is fairly new, good basic gym.

I would recommend this gym as it has all the equipment you need, and the staff are friendly. You don't pay for extras that you don't need.

It's been a long time since I have been to a gym and I feel good is a perfect fit for me. Chloe was extremely helpful and patient taking us through each machine and assisting us with the begginer training program. She is amazing. The gym is very clean, no lines to use machines, everyone is friendly and I immediately felt comfortable and at home. I love that it is 24 hours, staff are great and willing to lend a hand with any questions. It was a fun experience and I am definitely looking forward to a long and happy membership. I highly recommend this gym.

Brilliant Gym, always feel welcome, all staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Equipment is always clean and available, don’t think there’s been a time there wasn’t a lovely cleaner in there during my workout:)

Awesome experience every time. The facility is squeaky clean. Its a place where you can feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level! And the staff are phenomenal! Highly recommend

Love going here. It’s local, but more importantly it’s super friendly and the staff care. Equipment is great!
