i-Lashes as they take pride in providing a quality experience. Whenever I have my eyelashes done I often fall asleep to the relaxing music and comfortable chair as I feel so relaxed.

They are so friendly (particularly the eyelash technician Joanna) ; the studio is alway super clean and they are always on time. The lashes are always noticeable but natural (I have been asked several times if they are my natural lashes because they do not look fake at all!). Great service an I am a returning customer!

I did a eyelash extension course with Irene and she made me feel so comfortable and taught in great detail. I am forever grateful for Irene for teaching me all the skills that have contributed in me being a lash tech for almost 2yrs and have been sending so many of my clients to learn from Irene. I first went to i-lashes last year to have my eyelash extensions done and was amazed by how comfortable and clean the salon was and how lovely all the staff are. The girls worked with me over a few refills to work out the best amount of curl for my eye shape. I went back yesterday after taking a break from extensions and they already knew what I wanted and did it perfectly. Super happy with the results as always.

I got eyelash extensions here and they were perfect! Lots of volume but still looked really natural.the ladies were lovely, it was really soothing and i highly recommend!

I have been a regular at i-Lashes for nearly a year now and couldn't be happier with how my lashes look and the service I receive during treatments.i-Lashes are always running on time, which means I can come in during my lunch break if I need to. Sivia is my usual stylist and does an amazing job! Not to mention she is so lovely, professional and always makes me feel at ease. I have been to other stylists at the salon when I've left it a little late to book with Sivia and I have been completely happy with their work too. The salon is very clean, the chairs are comfy and the atmosphere is so relaxing, that I fall asleep every time. I genuinely love this place and my lashes. I-Lashes has always been amazing to me. They were my first eyelash extension salon I’ve ever been too and will continue to be the only salon I go too. The quality, professionalism, and amazing service is above and beyond. I have never been dissatisfied by their services, the staff are so friendly and the overall vibe makes me feel relaxed. I've went to iLashes first when they were based in Runcorn.
Then I went to Brisbane City one and all the ladies there are beautiful and kind. I like Sylvia.

Been going to iLashes for 2 months now and I come every 3 weeks for lash extensions. I always get the classic set as I don't want dramatic lashes but these just do the job for me and I LOVE THEM. ($80 refill)

They give me a good 0.13mm for a doll eye look and they usually last for 3 weeks. Other salon's wouldn't give me anything higher than 11 or 12.

Their booking system is easy on their website and I always use it.

Convenient location in Queen St Mall, located on the 7th floor of a building entering into a yellow ramen sign thing.

The environment is nice, quiet, clean and vibrant. I love that they put a blanket on you if you want as it gets cold. It's a sweet little salon that is peaceful which I like.

I've been here 3 times now and each time was an amazing experience. I usually get the elegant set, but opted for classic on my latest visit. The classic set is wonderful. The only reason I'd go back to the elegant set is because its lighter and more voluminous. But definitely enjoying this set for its more corporate friendly approach.

Attended the introductory Eyelash Extension class for beginners last Sunday and was met with knowledgeable and highly practiced trainer Irene. She answered all my questions and I had lots of time to practice in her comfortable salon environment. I received valuable feedback and think I am ready to start out on my own. Could not recommend a better facility to train with, thanks so much Irene!
