Excellent service from reception, Dr Singh and nurse today, when I needed medication for Covid.

I went to the Hyperdome Medical Centre as a new patient this morning. The receptionists were helpful and friendly.

I saw Dr. Omesh who was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Within three hours I had a possible diagnosis, ct scan done down the road, picked up a script from the chemist down the road as well and gone over the results of the scan with Dr. Omesh.

Lucky to life in a country with such great healthcare. Thanks!

Our family has been with the hyperdome medical centre for almost a decade and we know and trust the service. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Have been going here several years and found all the doctors to be lovely and caring. Special shout out to Dr Anitha and Dr June who are both wonderful with my children

Had an appointment to see the doctor for my 91yo mum, we got there a little early, we were still waiting 40 mins after the appointment time, not even communicating with us about the delay. I then spoke to the receptionist who told us there was one more patient ahead of us, she then asked if we wanted to cancel and I was happy to walk out of the medical centre and would never go back.
Why have an appointment where they can't even keep it but happy to charge you if you're 10 mins later.pathetic!

The team at Hyperdome Medical Centre Bryants road provide consistently high standards of care and professionalism throughout all interactions. The doctors take the time to genuinely listen to patients concerns and the front reception staff are absolutely wonderful. It is very refreshing to be greeted with a smile and understanding communication as soon as one enters the front door.

I've been a patient of hyperdome medical for several years now. Vera and the reception team do a fantastic job given the volume of customers they see on a daily basis and I couldn't be happier with the service. Reading some of these 1 star reviews just shows how much some people could learn from these kind and caring staff.

Wonderful Doctors. My family has been attending the centre for many years now. I honestly can't fault them.

I have been going to Hyperdome Medical Centre for the last 5 years the reception and nursing staff are so kind and professional always cheerful and make you feel welcome every time I have gone to see a Doctor. I see Dr Singh and have nothing but respect for the job he does. The surgery is not bulk billing anymore but you are only out of pocket $10. I would much rather pay and see my Doctor with little wait then wait for 3 hours at a bulkbilling centre where you cant even choose who you see.

I think that this medical centre is first class. They have looked after me for many years. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to my family and friends. Always friendly and efficient staff make going to the doctors almost enjoyable!

I have been attending the Hyperdome Medical Centre for over 12 years. The doctors and staff are all professional, friendly and extremely helpful. It’s a convenient location and there’s plenty of parking. The premises are always spotless too. Highly recommend this practice.

Couldn’t book an appointment online, phoned and waited 28 mins to be told the system is down and receptionist simply hung up the phone on me. I’ve been a patient for 20 years and feel completely let down. This is not the first time I’ve been treated like this, but I’m really hoping it is the last. Whatever external reception service you are paying for. Don’t pay their bill, there service is disgusting.

Victoria, why should I email you, “so that you can address the issue” when you can’t even answer the phone when your patients need you the most. Has the system finally reached breaking point.

Horrible customer service by receptionist can’t tell how long we have to wait to here are more people in and out and
excuse me! You can’t hear your patient over the phone because of toddler makes noise!
It’s not the first time she said to us.
If you can’t handle kids don’t just do job!

I had an appointment with Dr Anitha Pattabiraman today, needing a referral to a cardiologist following being in hospital 2 nights ago. No patient care whatsoever, typed the referral (advised I probably wouldn’t be seen because it’s Christmas), typed notes, took my blood pressure and shoved out the door despite advising I was feeling dizzy, unwell and not being able to eat. I also requested a new referral to a new rheumatologist and told me to see another doctor at the surgery who I had more appointments with.

Terrible to think this is what has become of our trusted health care professionals. In and out on less than 5 minutes and charged $50.13/12/2022- I received a call from the practice manager Vera today, who listened to my concerns and acknowledged that they don’t get it right all the time. She was very professional and took the time to understand take on my feedback and showed genuine care. Happy with the outcome of this and how it was addressed.

Hyperdome medical centre has been our family doctors clinic for the last 20 years. The reception staff are extremely kind, welcoming & helpful always going above and beyond for us. The doctors are all fantastic with kids and very thorough. The nurses are very kind and gentle, especially with childhood immunisations. All in all I absolutely love this practice and the staff!

Vera is always welcoming and very helpful whenever I visit the surgery. She can brighten up a dull day. Thank you Vera.

I've visited several times and generally had no issues with reception or wait times. Doctors themselves have been very average in particular Dr Marlies Dowland. She proved herself in one visit to be rude, deaf, ignorant, unhelpful, no follow up, gave wrong prescription, wrong referral, and uncaring.

Been here before and no issues at all but had my first appointment today with Dr Singh. I found him to be very rude and even condescending.

I had a confirmed appointment for 8: 10 am today 3/7/22. Arrived at 8 am and am still waiting outside in the freezing cold at 8: 26. The surgery remains closed. It would have been nice to have received a phone call telling me that they wouldn't bother opening today.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The receptionist is very rude.almost I loss my son, My 4yo son one day was not feeling well, I took him to see the doctor and the ugly reception refused to book him in, finally she asked me to wait outside in a parking 10 minutes later my son lost consciousness and took him to the emergency. I wish I could report it to the relevant authority, but I don't know anything about it
