Hands down some of the best customer service ever!
Pricing is brilliant and quite a bit cheaper then bunnings etc. And for a relatively small store they stock a large amount and array of different products.

I purchased and item from their online store and had a few problems sorting out the instructions. I sent them an email and received a response super fast. Follow up emails were answered very promptly and everything sorted out to my complete satisfaction. If only all my online purchase problems were this easy to sort out.
