Friendly staff, very helpful and professional wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else

Unfortunately the sleeper quality isn't as good as they say.

We are currently in the market for a new supplier & regrettably I must say it won't be hybuilt.

The colour & quality of the sleepers aren't what you'd expect it tobe.

Hope this is an uncommon mistake & I received 2nds however they have not gotten back to me with my concerns.

Unfortunately we had to offer our clients a heavy discount on their project due to this.

Can't fault our experience dealing with Hybuilt. We had issues with another concrete sleeper supplier and Pierre swept in and saved the day! They were able to deliver the products we needed in record time and the quality of the product was 100% better than their competitor. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I ordered blocks and had to delay delivery because of the recent heavy rain. The driver came but still got stuck but he was an absolute professional and we worked at it till we got him out.
Great price, very flexible to deal with on the changes in date but the thing that stands out was the driver's attitude to a problem and his boss turned up to make sure everything was OK and that I was happy. He was even concerned with the bricks I lost that are now under 3 feet of soil.

I would recommend them to anyone. Good to see professional people and excellent pricing in one company.

I am very pleased with the result, and it has created extra room for boat, trailer and caravan.
I had the concrete slab poured after the build. Photos shows it as quite lived in.
Built it myself, with help from sons and a mate. Not bad for a bunch of keyboard punching sales guys.
Straight, solid, expecting it to last a lifetime.
Much more solid than the offerings from Bunnings etc.

The Hybuilt team quoted and delivered the next day - they were so efficient and easy to deal with! Bernard and his team were knowledgeable and so friendly to deal with. They definitely know what they are talking about – can’t fault the product or service.

No idea what their work or products are like, after grudgingly agreeing to come around to do a quote on a large retaining wall, they never showed up. No call, text or email, just a straight no show.

Our contractor, Kane, went above and beyond to meet our construction needs. He was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. He kept us informed of the progress and purpose behind each element of the retaining wall. His attention to detail and craftmanship were superb. Walked in, priced the items I needed, paid by EFT and the load was delivered next day. Delivery driver sequenced the unload so the first size required was at the front and so on. Price was good as well. Overall it was a very positive experience. Thanks guys and non-guys.
