Celebrated our anniversary last month and went well. The food here are amazing and the service are cool the staff make sure were great and wanted to thank the waiter and manage for the cake surprise. Thanks!

We came with out a booking and they easily accommodated us. The slow cooked brisket is delicious, as are the Tacos. My son's burger was probably the best burger I have tasted. Overall a great experience.

Attended a dinner party to celebrate a friends birthday. The staff really looked after us and the food was delicious.

We loved our dinner at Bluegrass bbq! The staff were brilliant, friendly and a good laugh. Food was beyond! Adults and child all happy! Try the brownie too! It’s to die for! We’ll be back!

The staff are attentive and efficient. The food ohh my god the food is amazing we had drinks, a platter and desserts all of which devoured and enjoyed. 100% recommend.

Great food and friendly owner who let us try his secret hot sauce. Nice little gem in Albion.

Brisket was SO BAD it was dry, tough & burnt. Inedible in parts. Was also just dumped on the plate with know sort of care straight on top of my chips which made them start to go soggy. Slaw was dry, flavourless & had no dressing on it. It also looked & tasted at least a week old since it had all oxidised and turned brown in parts.

Oh and the Mac n Cheese was also terrible, the dish came out piping hot & had clearly been microwaved. Which resulted in the cheese splitting leaving me with hard congealed cheese & pools of melted butter everywhere.

Just awful

It was quite expensive too, would not recommend it to anyone ever. In fact quite the opposite!

If you served Southern BBQ like this in Texas the locals would shoot you!

Booked a table for 4. Walked in to an empty restaurant, with about 6 reserved signs on various tables and no names. Asked the manager to clarify what table was ours. He pointed at a table with 6 chairs and 4 glasses, and exclaimed "how {curse word} hard is it? ". We were shocked and walked out before sitting down, so I cant comment on the food. Ive heard it's quite good.

Had the plate for two and got to try all the meats which was awesome. Loved the coleslaw and chips. Inside and outside eating.
Parking might be a pain normally though.

First bite into the food was bloody amazing!

Service was fast, efficient, polite could not ask for a better place to eat out at.

Drink options are also at a higher standard then any regular bbq place in Brisbane thus far.

Amazing little BBQ place. The Hoedown platter was perfect for sharing with four adults with a small amount to take home. Rib bones came out so easily which is a great sign of slow'n'low cooking. Brisket was juicy and packed with flavour. Corn bread was delicious, thick and crumbly. Staff were excellent and attentive. The only issue was that the Key Lime Pie wasn't for sale but we got a slice. You just gotta have it! The brownie with ice cream was the perfect end to dinner.

Took my parents there once when they were visiting, now they want to go there every time they come to town. No complaints from me!

As a Texan for 15 years 25 years ago, there are 2 types of restaurants I miss - Mexican restaurants and BBQ restaurants. Good Mexican restaurants are still hard to find. Bluegrass BBQ is excellent Texas BBQ. My first visit was pre-COVID and it is just as as good now or even better.

Just ordered a mammoth amount of burgers and wings from Bluegrass and they were all cooked to absolute perfection.
This isn't the first time we've order from Bluegrass, there food is always outstanding and the value for money is out of this world.
14 clams for the best Cheeseburger in town.
Get there as soon as you! You won't regret it.

I didn't enjoy here. I found the seating too close and felt cramped in. The service was also slow but it was busy. I don't think that I'll return to bluegrass again. My scotch price was about average price.
