Hot Shott

Arrived at 9am on a Saturday morning during the New Year break and the place was very busy but we only waited 10 mins for a table.

Service was very quick considering the number of patrons, very impressed. Food was amazing. Best breakfast we've had in a long time. Great choices on the menu and some different choices, value for money, great serving size, great wait times. When home in Australia we always look for a good brunch spot and Hot Shott didn’t disappoint. The potato hash was crispy, perfectly poached eggs and a very generous amount of mushrooms which was unexpected.

Outstanding service despite being busy with the v8 supercars. Polite, helpful and efficient. The coffee was aromatic and smooth. The food was delicious and cooked exactly how we asked. Lovely crispy bacon for the boss and a huge serving of avo smash for me.

We had a short walk to the outside of the V8 Supercar precinct to Tedders Avenue in Main Beach for a beautiful lunch at Hot Shotts.

Service was quick and super friendly and all our lunch meals delicious. A great place to go if you are visiting the V8 races.

I had the Chook Ceaser Salad Burger and my wife had the smoked trout.

I recently visited a Hot Shott in Main Beach and had the chance to try their Acai Bowl, Serious Burger, and Olla Caliente. The food was absolutely lovely – each dish was packed with flavor and made with care.

What really stood out, apart from the delicious food, was the amazing staff. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made the dining experience enjoyable.

However, I must note that the cafe was a little bit crowded, which made it a bit noisy and hectic. If you don't mind a lively atmosphere, it's a great place to enjoy good food and service. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit for the tasty offerings and the warm, welcoming staff.

Fantastic food, service and staff. My partner and I share the Hottest Hot Shot Breaky with added Haloumi and always leave satisfied. Can't rate this place high enough. The food always arrives fast and fresh.

Knew this was the place to dine as it was full at 2pm, when other places were almost empty.
I was not disappointed… my lunch was off the chain!

Enjoyed breakfast here with my wife and son on a Sunday morning. You cannot book and so when we arrived we were a little overwhelmed to find a queue of people waiting. Even so, within 5 minutes we were seated. Service was challenging as there seemed to be a few too few staff on the floor to take orders. Once we placed our orders our drinks arrived promptly with the meals not far behind. The meals were hot and tasty. I couldn’t resist trying the cinnamon scroll pancakes and they didn’t disappoint. Coffee was also great. This cafe is in a lovely little section of main beach, surrounded by other cafes and restaurants and other small stores and a short stroll from the water. A great place to enjoy beac lifestyle and a yummy breakfast.

Always have a great experience at Hot Shott. Really good food, fast service. Can get a little loud because it’s always busy but a great atmosphere

1st time here & it was so amaZing! Great buZz - the place was packed but we scored a seat & the meals came out so quick! Great prices! Recommend the Brekky sliders & pancakes - WOW! We will definitely be back again & again & again, thank you Phillip - our waiter was so so lovely!

Amazing food, big portions, very reasonable prices, and the service was fast, would highly recommend.

Random quick walk in at the start of our day. Was shocked by fast, cheap and good the food was. Would definitely return if in the Gold Coast again.

This cafe is absolutely fantastic for that morning fix, coffee is great, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is magnificent and well priced. Worth a visit or a few if you are staying in the area for holiday.

Staff are brilliant, service was quick despite the huge number of customers, runs like a well oiled machine. Food quality was good, left very satisfied.

Our meals were exceptional and the service was outstanding. The staff were So friendly and accomodating. The restaurant manager Otto was so kind and always greeted us with a smiling face.

Fantastic experience in this café - the coffee was perfect, the breakfast was delicious (and delivered promptly), and the staff were friendly and very attentive.

Great coffee. Food presentation is good but the advocaco toast lacked natural flavour.

Bru.got a table staright away, they took our order straight away, food was out in less than 7 mins.food was da bomb! Would recommend

I understand how you busy but I wasn’t happy with your customer service.
As long as you take a order, please not a sigh. You don’t have to smile always but a sigh makes us unhappy.
Two Iced long blacks, a smoothie and iced lemon tea are good.
