This place is my go to for clothing alterations – they pulled up the hems on some jeans for me in a couple of hours. Can highly recommend them and they’re very friendly and helpful.

Horrific customer experience.

Hosikozi lost my $500 Zimmermann skirt (A gift from my children) in December and I have had no contact from the owner nor any sort of resolution 10 weeks later. All I have been given are excuses and fobbed off with promises of reimbursement which never occur. I have been very patient and I have called and been in to the shop itself every single week since my skirt was lost to try and understand what is happening and every time I leave with no apology or reimbursement. I have supplied proof of purchase and every detail that they have requested, yet nothing happens.

The owner, a man called Kane, has not called me once in 10 weeks to apologise or discuss the situation but leaves it to his staff on the floor to try and fob me off with excuses and pass the blame to the company they sub contract the dry cleaning too. He even suggested (via his staff) that I should call the sub contracted company myself! Mind blowing.

I am a business owner myself and this sort of treatment of a good customer is utterly outrageous. As part of the local community it is important that people know the kind of treatment that they can expect from this company.

When a customer orders a school dress in January and they are still waiting for it in July.the business hasn’t just made a mistake, they have shown they shouldn’t have the job! After 13 weeks, a dress that looked like a kindergartener made it arrived, then it’s replacement weeks later was missing a button and made at a bigger size (which this business told me was standard room for error) but they then offered free alterations to have it made to the exact size, only to pick it up today with the button still missing and alterations still not done. This business had no problem taking the money for a dress that they still haven’t made 6 months later. How is that right?

Supporting local business is what it’s all about. Great family run business. Friendly and helpful staff. Now open on a Sunday which is a huge bonus.
