Melissa is patient, and logically explained a blind spot that has been hindering me in some personal research I've been conducting this quarter. I will shop here in future given the opportunity.

Quality range, like Horseland as a franchise. Only let-down is everytime I go into the Toowoomba store I'm asked "Can I help you? " which is great but then whenever I'm ready to check-out and leave, staff are always chatting out the back. Need a bell to ring out front so we can let you know when we're done!:)
