Horseland

4 days old and obviously a manufacturing fault no pull marks. No exchange allowed, no money back. Repair was offered, but ive already wasted over 2 1/2 hours of driving and fuel to buy and bring back and rain predicted today (new horse so no ther options). Horse is in a pvc post and rail fenced yard so nothing sticking out to catch it on. I won't be back.

This was the first time for me visiting this particular store and I'm so glad I did. All the staff were super helpful, friendly and made my trip worthwhile and fun. I got the things I wanted and I can not thank them enough for all they did.

My recommendation- Choose a different location.

The young girl is very helpful. She is a horse girl and is very happy to pass on tips and advise on products.

Both the woman I spoke to on the phone and the gentleman in the store were so incredibly helpful and polite. Such a welcoming atmosphere, and they're really awesome at advising on products (such as the boots I was looking at, that run narrow in size - I consequently got the next size up and it's a perfect fit!)

Ipswich is such a great store.

I find the staff at Horseland, Ipswich, so friendly & helpful. I am only learning to ride. When I need help with any clothes or accessories, they are so patient. I really appreciate the personal service.

A great selection of gear and clothing. As anyone who is into horses knows, it's not a cheap hobby. The sale was very good however and would be a great time to get those items you need or want.

I called the store today regarding a certain boot I was looking for and I was finding it hard to find a store that had them in stock. Horseland Ipswich, which is about 6 hours from where I live had the boots I was after. Mark was more the helpful on the phone he went searching for the boots and talked to me about sizing to ensure I got the right size. The team had my boots at the post office ready to ship to me within half an hour.

I booked in for a saddle fit. Was told they were waiting on another lady in my area to get back to them - would confirm the next day. A week later I ring- still waiting on this lady. Rang me in the afternoon to say she had cancelled so wouldn't be coming out. So I've basically been strung along and lied to for a week as they were never going to come out without having a second appointment in my area. I get business has to make money but I detest being lied to. Will never get my business ever. Great customer service? What a joke.
