Went to buy a helmet advertised on sale, and they refused to let us buy at the sale price as they said it's online only. The website has some online only sales, but that helmet clearly did not say that. We were nice in store, and did not kick up a fuss, but they have they disappointed an 11 year old girl 3 days before Xmas. Very disappointed.

Good horseland with everything a horse and rider needs. Particularly happy with the saddle fitter (Gill), she did an excellent job and was very friendly. She came all the way to Brisbane for saddle fitting. I used Aitkens before but after two horrible experiences (rude saddle fitter, no exchange despite promise), I needed an alternative. So the drive to Gold Coast was worth it. The shop is well organised as most horselands usually are. Other staff was friendly, too.
