Amazing customer service, very tidy store and helpful staff. The young blonde girl who helped me and my sister find some boots was so helpful, literally went out of her way to make sure we Had the best help. I feel terrible for not remembering her name but she was super helpful

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Oliva for a phone order. I am from Tasmania and wanted to purchase something from the Horseland store in QLD. Olivia couldn't have been more helpful with arranging the item I need, postage when we aren't quite sure of the cost and all with a sincere smile heard in her voice at a very busy time - right on Christmas! Olivia is an asset to this business and deserves recognition for her customer service skill and kind, genuine nature. Thank you Olivia, we are very grateful! Lovely selection of different things although I find they ate always low on stock therefore sizes aren't always there

Beautiful shop, nicely layed out and esdy to find what you need. Had everything I wanted and friendly staff.

Very little stock at this one - not so great customer service either (staff would rather hide out the back than provide any help).

Good range and polite staff but very disorganised. Took several months to supply a jeans order and numerous times order was wrong. Still ongoing.

Fantastic service every time I come in here. I’m as indecisive as they come and they girls are always patient and happy to help! I only wish they were a bigger store with even more choice:)

Always staff there but usually busy doing something else so you have to wait for service. Never have anything in stock and not the cheapest for products. I recommend Sandale Sadlery and Pegasus Sadlery
