Our son recommended we visit Ralph & purchase some beef sausages whilst in the area. We moved to The Gold Coast from Hunters Hill last year and were looking for a quality butcher because we are fussy. Definitely worth the drive. The staff are so helpful and friendly.
Great quality, we now drive there to buy all our meat. We're happy!

Been having the grass feed rib eye steaks daily for the last few weeks. Melt in your mouth, tried a number of butchers on the coast, drive the distance for these guys! (Good service as well)

Thought I'll try this butcher today and price for free range is amazing, made chicken burger for family for lunch and taste of the meat so much nicer than alot of butchers I've been to, I've found my go to butcher even if i have to drive 20 mins to get to it

I am going to be honest and say I am a little bias as this is a relatives business. I have tasted the products and can say without a doubt they are mouthwatering. The hams are a sell out at Easter and Christmas and the sausages are award winning. If in doubt try it out.

This place is brilliant, the meat is of the highest quality, nitrate free and best of all everything is cut and smoked in-house. The smell when the smoke the kransky's is amazing. This is how a butcher should be!

Ok so to start with I am French so not easy to satisfy with food. A part from being very nice people which is common to most Australian. I must say this butcher has from far the best chicken and the best lamb I could find on the Gold Coast. The chicken is not filled with water like in the supermarket so you really get a lot for your money and it does test delicious! The lamb was also delicious and tender! So yo really know where you money goes. Beef so far was above average, less impressive but still very good. Only disappoint so far was the porc but we may just have had a bad lot, we will try again. Great address, sincerely recommend it!
