Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary

My 2 year old moved here from another centre almost 3 months ago now and we have been absolutely blown away with the high level of care here. The attention to detail with updates and keeping parents in the loop is fantastic. Also the activities that they set up for the kids is really great, they are diverse and keep the kids so entertained. My little boy loves it so much that he runs outside to them every morning and says goodbye without any tears

Great under cover play spaces and lots of space and opportunity for children to learn and engage in educational rich activities. Staff are all lovely and dedicated to all children and families and smiles everywhere and management are always welcoming and supportive too everyone who walks through the doors

Best centre on the gold coast Staff are so welcoming and friendly and the facilities are the best. I love the underground playgrounds that the children get to explore. The rooms are great size as well for the children to play. The management team is the best as well Miss Tania is so lovely and always so friendly and welcoming on arrival and always accomodating for what we need. Would highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for daycare on the gold coast.

Great centre with lovely staffs, professional educational learning environment, and supportive management team

I've been working with children for 5 years and this place has to be one of the top-tier quality places. The children are happy and settled in the natural and spacious learning environments with all-weather play outdoor areas. The management is always on point on ratio checking and cares for all the children and staff.

Educators are professional and holistic in their teaching. They are ensuring that each child hits the developmental milestones through age-specific programs and routines in the rooms. So happy to be part of the Hope Island ELS team

Hope island early learning sanctuary is a great centre. The staff and very caring and they provide the best experience for anyone who decides to take their kids there. Would definitely recommend

Don’t even think about putting your child in this centre, especially with toddlers and babies they will feel locked into a cage their outdoor playground was an absolute joke its located down under a public car park while people upstairs are smoking the babies can inhale it from the playground all the time,
not enough room for kids to explore and run, also the playground outside is full of mosquitoes. CCTV cameras everywhere in and out of the place children are visible in their public toilets on the camera it’s disgusting! Poor management has a massive change with staff transition because no one wants to work in a toxic environment it only shows how bad this place is.

Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary is such a lovely centre, the staff are very lovely and caring. The children have great undercover play spaces and also the chef cooks amazing and nutritious food for the children.

I love this place, my child loves coming here. The staff are brilliant. I absolutely recommend this place

I visited Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary with my son (8months) and I immediately felt at ease walking into the service as I was greeted by the Director and Assistant Director. They showed us around to all of their beautifully designed learning areas and introduced us to the welcoming staff members. They have some of the best learning areas I have seen, I would have enrolled my son right there and then except we were moving out of state. I highly recommend this service to those looking for quality care for their children.

Management is absolutely horrid in this centre, make you feel so uncomfortable when you first walk in, manager treats her staff like puppets.would never take my child here

I have had the most wonderful opportunity to host playgroups at Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary. Tania and Reyne provides an amazing space whilst offering fruit platters and coffee for the mum's and so much more. I feel so fortunate to be a part of this amazing centre.

Place with potential, but poorly managed. Not only have I been overcharged, but waiting another month for refund hearing excuses about head office and their new system.

Great Team, Fantastic unique facilities and homely and welcoming environment, the food is nutritious and our little one loves the environments that the educators set up each day for their learning. Management team is very helpful in guiding us through enrolment process and eased our minds in leaving our little one in care -Highly Recommend

Such a great centre with caring, dedicated staff. My little one loves going to childcare every day & I’m comforted that she’s forged such great relationships with her educators.

This service is state of the art, it feels so homely, warm and welcoming, I couldn't fault this service. The management are so friendly and warm, they take time to have a chat with us and get to know our family. The staff are very welcoming, being greeted by all staff when walking through is fantastic, it makes you feel like you are acknowledge. The activities they have for the children are awesome. These educators are one of a kind, looking after all these children. Fantastic service highly recommend

We are super happy with Early Learning Sanctuary Hope Island and can’t fault it. Our daughter has settled in so well in pre prep and is learning so much. The educators are amazing and provide us with detailed daily reports (including lots of photos) of all the activities. Management communicates clearly and is very proactive with hygiene in this new covid world. The covered playground and the amazing meals are bonuses. All around a wonderful centre with friendly and caring staff.

Don’t trust the other reviews of which majority are from staff members. I would not recommend this day care to anyone. Very poorly managed. On multiple occasions I was over charged with no explanation as was a good friend of mine who sent her child there to.
You will have no idea who has looked after your child for the day or how there day was. My child isn’t a big eater and came home absolutely starving every day. In the afternoons they are forced to play outside until close 6: 30 at night and they get eaten alive by mosquitos. This is so staff get to go home when the last child leaves rather than clean rooms afterwards, they are not even aloud to be in one room and god forbid they touch something in a room when they are leaving! Please don’t be fouled by the shiny new fancy equipment your family will just be a number and a source of income for the centre nothing more.

Beautiful and spacious facility with lovely, friendly staff who take the best care of my little one who's been attending for almost two years - graduating from nursery to toddler room to junior kindy! They offer wonderful programs and early education and keep me updated with Storypark posts of the events of each day. I love that there's an on-site chef and have always been very happy in the quality and range of the food offered. In addition, I believe they have handled the COVID-19 situation extremely well and I have felt safe and confident in their procedures the entire time. I highly recommend Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary!
