This is my first time getting a pedicure with a spa!
I feel sorry for the staff when getting a pedi because I'm afraid my feet will be dirty, but it was so nice to have my feet washed and receive the treatment.

As soon as you sit down, turn on the massage chair,
He gave me acupressure from my feet to my legs.
Even though the store is open to the outside, I had a comfortable time! I will go again!

Great customer service.
Excellent attention to detail.
Never experienced such gentle removal of old nails.

I always go to this nail tech for my extensions and never get disappointed but today was the worst experience ever. I dont blame any other staff other than the person doing my nails. I think his name is Jason or jhonny not sure but it was a guy who did mine. First of all the old nail removal was painful which i understand it usually is painful but he cut my index finger nail and it started bleeding and he just said sorry and nothing further to reassure whether am okay and then kept on working on the nail while it was bleeding and put acrlyic powder on the blood. Then While filing the nail shape he has cut all my finger tips and i could not even do anything today while cooking because it hurt so bad. He was working so fast and filing my nails like those were made of iron or something and It was painful but i had to tell him when it started bleeding again on my tips. Am in so much pain today. The worst the worst experience. I always recommend that salon to all my friends but i would not recommend Him to anyone. If you are going there please het someone else to attend you but not him. His customer service is also not great he doesn’t ever seem happy doing the service.

Best walk-in experience ever!
I’m local & have tried other salons in the centre, but today was my first time at Q1. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a go & I think they will be my regulars. So happy with my infill!
They’re so efficient & execution is next level. I appreciate the care & attention for details, it made the experience from start to finish very enjoyable.

Amazing! My nail technician was really great and did a remarkable job:) he did my french manicure so fast and efficiently! Looks amazing! Was my second time getting my nails done:)

Avoid this salon at all costs! It will cost you $50 to simply sit down in the chair. Then an additional $5 if you want acrylics longer than the length of your natural nail? They charge you MORE if you want to waste less of their acrylic nail? They give you a “set price” when you walk in, and then you leave paying $40 more than what you agreed to. They are rude and unprofessional and act all innocent when dealing with complaints, and by the looks of their previous replies to criticism, they will definitely reply back with another nasty comment.

EDIT: as you can see I was correct with my final sentence lol. How unprofessional of you to assume what we can and can’t afford, when that was never mentioned by us… I will say it again with even more urge than before, AVOID. THIS. SALON.

The best nail salon I've been to so far! I'll definitely be coming back. They are lovely and double check everything to make sure its perfect.

I’ve been a customer here for the last 2 years, I return every 2 weeks for re-fills - clean salon, great customer service, always incredibly happy with my nails!

Just got a full set of acrylics done here and they did such an amazing job. They really take their time filing/buffing and shaping making sure the nails are perfect. Had Linh and Johnny serve me I believe. Definitely recommend!

Brilliant service and atmosphere. Very skilled nail technicians. Highly recommend this place been to heaps of nail salons and this place is by far the best! Traveled all the way from KP to come here.

I was so impressed with the standard of care. My concerns were listened to and a suggestion given. My nail specialist was gentle and efficient. I've been to so many other places where they are rough, rude and don't even speak to you

This review is from my appointment on the 15th on November, 2022. I would not recommend this place at all. First, my appointment was pushed back by half an hour (after I had booked over a month in advance when the booking list was free). I communicated to the staff that I had other appointments, seeing it was my formal night, but I got pushed aside and told to keep waiting. If it wasn’t for my mum coming in to ask about when I could get situated, I’m certain I would have had to wait even longer. My fingers were then treated quite roughly, leaving my cuticles in bad condition and the tips of my fingers hurting for more than a day after. Beside the improper treatment, the nail artist was absolutely reluctant to agree that the shape of my nails were crooked. I have gotten opinions from my friends and family and all can agree that they are not evenly shaped in the slightest. I am disappointed in the service and belittlement I felt by the staff. I recommend anyone to sincerely consider more professional places in Garden City that will value your time, their own policies and make sure you don’t leave the salon frustrated and devalued.

No words can describe how amazing this business and their employees are! I have been going to them for almost 2 years (every 2 weeks) and would recommend them 110%
They are always welcoming, hard working, happy people. If I could move them with me to Adelaide I would.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. There were three different people who performed the pedicure yesterday evening on me. The first woman seemed very uneasy using the electric drill and cut two of my cuticles on my toes with it, did not use the pumice on my feet at all and left my heels with dry skin (which was the main reason I decided to get a pedicure). Then a man took over to paint my nails, the paint job was messy, leaving lots of stuff paint on my skin. I expressed my concerns to a third woman who came over to inspect the work and told her that the gel paint on my skin will cause the polish to peel off quickly, that I’d been cut on two toes and that my feet had not been pumiced at all. She removed the clear coat and attempted to fix the messy nail polish which burned and stung because of the cuts, I told her it was hurting but she proceeded to remove polish. I told her I just want to leave and not come back, that I was having a terrible time. I wanted to go to a different nail salon for them to fix it. She didn’t listen and continued to attempt to fix the messy paint job. I was in the store for just under an hour by the time the third woman finished trying to fix the pedicure. I left unhappy and with sore toes. The paint job is still terrible, toe nails are cut wonky and uneven, paint still all on my cuticles around my toes, and plenty of dry skin still on my heels that was not pumiced (only did bottom of my feet after my feet were already dry and had been out of the foot soak bath for a long time for the painting - very uncomfortable). Awful.

Best staff! Lin and team were friendly, professional and kind. My nails are the best I have ever had.

I got my nails done, they were French tips. I loved them! They came out so beautiful and just how I wanted. The nail tech was so lovely and accomodating to what I wanted. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was a little expensive for me. But it was worth it, I recommend

Came here first time for my school formal event, absolutely love the nails. I think the name of the lady is Jaycee with short hair. She’s lovely and definitely recommend her.

Too slow & although the staff are kind they all seemed very distracted which affected the quality of my nails a lot! Very poor quality nails that weren’t worth the price.
