I ordered model kits online. Easy enough.you would think.
After speaking with the manager, Mark, as the stores ‘email us’ form failed for the SIXTH time, I gladly kissed my extra $15 away rather than deal with the shops no refund policy. NOT fair enough. After almost quarreling for seven minutes on the phone, I decided to write the $15 off as just a bad experience and move on.
Don’t order from them in case you get screwed over like I was.

Heaps of gear (and hobby equipment), I would highly recommend this place to anyone that either has a hobby or is interested in a hobby. They have everything from trains, cars, boats, air craft and everything else you can imagine.

The staff are super friendly and are more than willing to help. If you have any queries they'll be able to point you in the right direction.

For my first time in building a railway module's this place exceptional customer service and knowledge of what I should buy or not or later stage of building a railway module's this place is.

I come here every couple of weeks to stock up on hobby supplies. The team here are really helpful and knowledgeable. The range of stock they carry is immense! If you can't find what you are looking for please ask a staff member I'm sure they will be able to help you.

Whilst it really doesn't have any real competition - it's a well stocked with many hobbies at reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

I come in here a few times a year to look to see what is happening in the modelling world. Check out the paints, models and other modelling products. Lots of things to look at on the shelves. Nice local store to me.

Fantastic! Truly the center of anything hobby related in Brisbane. I recommend them for their Vallejo paint range.

Excellent choice of all things required by the model maker from tools, radios, and a good selection of plastic kits. Best on the north side of Brisbane.

Purchased multiple remote control quads and helis. Helpful staff who knew about RC gear and gave good advice.

Expensive and a hassle to get to. Good selection though. Good for remote control cars and planes and trains. No good for die cast

Mostly good customer service. Prices are high but you have to expect that for a store that is competing with ebay etc.

This place is awesome. Tonnes of models and rc. You can spend ages checking out all the stuff in here. I found the guy that I spoke to very helpful.

Theres a good range of products, some well known modelling brands are missing. I was disappointed to find some of the staff were quite pushy and rude, i understand time is valuable but I felt as though i couldn't ask for help, unfortunately as a first time customer it wasn't a great impression, keen to try out the other hobby stores in the area.

Store was massive. Never been invore and driven past a thousand time. My 9 yr old loved it and staff engaged him well. Good shop.
