Great service from a lady with glasses wearing black today (didn't catch her name) she delivered wonderful customer service on purchasing a pair of boots. She was patient, thorough and very knowledgable. Unfortunately they didn't have the size we were after so had to purchase elsewhere as we couldn't wait for the stock to be ordered, nevertheless we were super impressed by the service.

Very helpful and courteous Staff that knew Their products well, plus were very reasonably priced.

We were so happy when Rachel found stock available of our preferred company corporate uniform JB 's Wear Polo Shirt after we were advised by another workwear supplier who claim to be "Australia's Largest Source Of Workwear" that they were nil stock and no longer available.

Rachel informed us that stock was indeed showing as available in their computer system. We placed an initial order for sizing purposes and were ecstatic when the polo shirts actually arrived in store.

When we picked up our polo's from Selena, she assisted us with advice and recommendations for our company logo including vinyl print & embroidery requirements.

It pays to shop around, do yourself a favour and check with these guys when you need any JB's workwear and have been advised that your item is "no longer available"

Impeccable service. The staff are friendly and bend over backwards to help in any way they can. Not to mention the convenience of having embroidery and screen printing onsite. When it comes to workwear, I won’t be shopping anywhere else.

Top quality professional customer service is rare these days, but these guys have got it. They are ALL extremely sincere in wanting to help and guide you in choosing the right product for your business, and their products are top quality. We are only a small business, and have had a few shirts branded with stitching over the past couple of years.
