I recently purchased a natural amethyst lamp and absolutely love it. I can't fault the service. Very quick. I received the lamp much faster than expected. Will purchase again from them.

Wonderful store. I found my favourite White Sage incense here on special. Ordered it online and the incense arrived very quickly, beautifully wrapped and safely packaged. Highly recommended!

Patrick (the owner) called me personally as he knew that i needed the present urgently because it was my daughters 12 year old birthday. I live in Sydney and I received her gift within 3 days. Packaged perfectly, I will def buy from them again as the crystal tea light candle holders are beautiful.

Good selection but smaller than what I imagined and quite expensive compared to independent sellers. No one offered help until after I got to the counter which resulted in me forgetting some things because I didn't want to have to then ask and go back to things. Parking is a pain. On the particular day I went (weekday) it was very busy on the street and difficult to find parking.

Sadly I've had a very poor experience with this business. I ordered a Kiyoshi Ultrasonic Himalayan Pink Salt Lamp Diffuser and upon receipt noticed that it was dented on an inside panel. I have not mentioned this to date as it was a rather nothing thing, HOWEVER what is not a rather nothing thing is the fact that the brand advertises the product to be a COOL AIR diffuser, yet my unit received emits hot air.

I contacted the Himalayan Salt Factory immediately regarding this and was told that the unit they have in their stores does the same. I then reminded them that I purchased the product based off the fact that it was a COOL AIR diffuser (as advertised), not HOT AIR diffuser which is known to bread bacteria.

If the unit is not thoroughly cleaned after each and every use, bacteria grows and a urine like smell is emitted. The smell is actually ammonia in bacteria and the reason the smell is likened to urine is because that is the smell that is strongly in urine.

I have a young child and bought the unit to be able to use in their bedroom which I will now obviously not use given the safety issue - my child does not need to be breathing in bacteria.

I contacted the Himalayan Salt Factor about this and they said to send it back (which I would have to pay for postage) and they'll check it out only to charge me again for postage for the unit to be sent back to me.

NOW, if the one in their store emits hot air, what is there to fix? It's an issue with every unit made one can assume. The product should not be advertised as a COOL AIR diffuser when it is not. And when a customer raises this with the retailer, the retailer should offer to have the customer refunded as the goods are not as described. The Himalayan Salt Factory can return the unit to their supplier for a refund given the false advertising made by them.

Poor response and handling of the situation by the Himalayan Salt Factory. I strongly suggest that you do not purchase from this mob.

This place is awesome. I went there today to get more light bulbs for our salt lamps. They have Crystal lamps that you can put different colour light bulbs under. Just fabulous!
