I had my wedding day coming in 10 days and I still couldn’t choose my wedding dress at the time. Silly me! I was really stressed out of course and it just happened to me to walk in Herz Design at Australia Fair when I went to the shopping center for another reason.
I explained to the shop assistant Ashley and she was so kind and helpful! I found the most beautiful and elegant dress for me finally. Plus it was so reasonable. Every single guest absolutely loved my dress and we had such an amazing wedding! Thank you, Ashley and Herz design staff made my wedding day more special!

My son is getting married. Marwa was so accommodating and just lovely to talk with. She listened to and acted on my ideas. I tried a style and found the dresses were light and complementary. Today I went into Herz on bundall rd looking for another dress to replace one I had already purchased elsewhere for my daughter's up coming wedding. (in 18 days), as I was not totally happy with the one I had. Marwa was so understanding and helpful, she showed me different styles that would suit me and compliment my figure. Marwa was very knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable and relaxed with her, Never did i feel pressured or rushed. An absolute delight to deal with and a credit to this company. I'm now so excited to get my new dress all tailor made to compliment me. I would highly recommend Herz for any formal or bridal wear you need. Thankyou Marwa.

As soon as I walked into the dress studio and said I was looking for a formal dress, Mar knew immediately what would suit me, but helped me consider more ideas and styles. Ultimately, I fell in love with her very first pick for me, as she already knew I would, and she made it so it was absolutely perfect for both my appearance and personality. She made the entire process of having the perfect formal dress very personal and incredible, and I praise not only her immense skill and eye for beauty, but her devotion to giving the best service possible. I recommend 10/10!

Marwa is amazing. Herz made absolutely gorgeous formal dresses for my bestie and I when we were in Year 12, so it was an absolute no brainer to go back to Herz for the same bestie's bridesmaid gown for my wedding (as well as my Mum's Mother of the Bride dress). Marwa has done such an incredible job.she's so professional and creative! Couldn't recommend this place more!

From the moment I walked into Marwa's store I felt instantly welcomed. She sincerely wanted me to have the most perfect and amazing wedding dress for my big day. She helped me work through a design that would best suit my personality and body shape. Despite being an indecisive bride at times, Marwa was so patient and understanding. When I had to bring my wedding forward and require my dress 10 weeks earlier than expected, she made it happen without complaints. Purchased my formal dress from this place but had to drive from Brisbane to Gold Coast (4 hour drive in total) twice because they didn't alter the dress correctly. In the end, the dress had to be remade and the colour was changed to an uglier shade of red because they didn't have any of the original colour left.
