Useless pretentious staff insisted I must wait in the street until they were ready for me even though the store was clearly pretty empty. Needless to say, this was unacceptable and I’ll go somewhere else
My friends and I visited the store in Brisbane. This place from outside looks very low key but nicely decorated and organised inside. Staff are friendly - We met SA Vivi or vivian in the store. We loved her energy.she is very attentive, patient and nice to talk to. We also loved this experience as she explained a lot of things about the products from insider's perspective. Hopefully come back again soon.
Unbelievably bad vibe in this store and think that the staff forget they are in customer service and don’t actually own the brand. Absolute contrast compared to the level of service in Fendi Dior Gucci. Don’t bother with this store. The other designers have much more beautiful and stylish pieces. Only good thing are some of the shoes
I found the service exceptionally good. Beautifully laid out space, exquisite products and the SA whom attended us was warm and friendly.
The store itself is small but inviting and it does get busy so there can be a wait. Scheduling an appointment would not go amiss and will save you a lot of time.
Very frustrating and disappointing experience -SA Kiki or Vivi. I go to Brisbane for holiday. I asked her if she had any bags available and I was going to purchase some outwear and T shirts. She said that I should buy in my local city and they only provide bags for loyal customers. So? You want consumer to shop somewhere else when people are already in the store? This is so ridiculous. I’ve purchased Hermes for 2 years and nobody said that to me. People who purchased Hermes product in other city is not Hermes loyalty client in another city? Brisbane is not another country ok? She doesn't even check the stock on her phone. Thanks for saving my money
Chanel provides much better service. There are sufficient stock and the SA is happy to check anything for me.
Cody has been looking after my wife and I extremely well. We can say he is the best SA we have ever come across. He’s very polite, helpful, responsive and he always makes us feel very welcome every time we visit the store. I really need to write this review for him.
One star is for the layout of this boutique. However, service here is bad compare with other boutique I visited today. Remember to drink some water before you come to visit this boutique, coz they won't serve you water. I visited 4 boutiques before Hermes Brisbane today and here is the only one that doesn't provide water for customers. After I came in, some staff just focused on their phone. I don't know where is the arrogance comes from?
Ventured into the Brisbane store for the first time today to see few items I’d picked out on the website in person. First item: a simple Apple AirTag key ring, a pretty homogenous product I’d have thought. The sales assistant abruptly tells me I that they have no items of “that nature” in stock, and before I get a word in, immediately tells me “and we don’t do store transfers so we can’t help”…. Well, so many questions come to my mind, but clearly not worth engaging with this individual who is so compelled to tell me how she can’t help versus how she can. Naturally I just walk out.
Hermes: do better or your top line will suffer. One star.

I placed an order over the phone from this boutique as I am not based in Brisbane and my local boutique never answers the phone. I had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely gentleman who put a request down for an item I was after. To my surprise, a couple of months later he rang me to say it was available to purchase. A lot of the time I find customer service over the phone to be rather disappointing but I am so pleased that this boutique offers such excellent service in to all customers virtually and in person.
I recently ordered over the phone from Brisbane Hermès as I live in Canberra. A lady named Momoko served me. She was incredible, super officiant, polite and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and she moved so quickly I received my order the day after. The packaging was done with such care and the effort Hermès go through making their gifts look special is amazing. Momoko is the type of person you would beg to have work for you! Thank you so so much

Would never support a company that cares more about making and selling luxury handbags than the welfare of the animals they intentionally breed and kill to create such products. So shameful that this still continues.
After hearing so many good reviews about the H24 cologne I bought myself a bottle and I absolutely love it. The staff were exceptional and we were given samples of other fragrances.
Pam has been helping us for the past months and she has been absolutely amazing! She is professional, efficient and kind, making every purchase process an true joy.
