Help Employment & Training

I would like to say help is one of the best employment support agencies I have been with, I haven’t been with them long but they have helped me out so much. They are great with assisting you for getting a job, helped me out with fuel to go to my interviews. Re-did my resume to spruce it up a lot. Definitely worth it compared to a lot of other agencies who just want numbers, help sees you as a person not a number.

I changed my provider as I needed a little help. I am so pleased I did. Kuni and Kara at Help Employment were the support and help I needed. Kuni gave me options to keep me feel8ng positive and in control of my life so that I'm not locked into a position that doesn't suit. Thank you.

I'm a client of Taki. She has been absolutely incredible and helpful in every aspect since day one.

I've gone through some medical issues these last several weeks due to a couple of fractured ribs. Taki has not only been supportive and helpful with my current employment. She has also gone above and beyond with her support for me during my medical issues and more.

I've made it my mission to find employment close to home and Taki has been wonderful from helping me to print resumes and suggesting one place in particular. That place called not 20 minutes after filling out an application form offering an interview.

Help Employment is lucky to have her on their team. Couldn't recommend anyone else. She's absolutely amazing.

Ever since I have registered with Help Enterprises at North Lakes, I have been helped by staff and have not had any problem with any of my appointments. I find the staff at Help North Lakes very very helpful and understanding.

I came in today and spoke with cune who sat me down for 5-10mins explaining the process and even though she unfortunately couldn’t do much because I wasn’t on disability she was able to still give me amazing advice and even some places I can apply for. I believe she is the right person for this industry and an asset to the company. Hope her future endeavours are prosperous and happy.

Attend HELP today at North Lakes and met with Jolene, who was very welcoming and kind.
This is by far the first time I have been to a service provider and felt as if they did cared about their clients needs and requirements.

Jolene was very helpful, able to answer all of my questions and provide honest feedback as to how HELP, can actually help me.

I was going around in circles going no were then had taki helping me to get certificates and now I have an amazing job and would love to say a big thank you as well to Jordan for updating my resume

After struggling some time I was very grateful to meet with Simone who was very easy to talk with, friendly, and gave genuine help and advice that got me focused on where I needed. Thank you, Simone.

I am 60 years old and have ongoing medical conditions as a result of working too hard, which now make me unfit for work, yet the current manager is 'expert' enough to tell me that I have decided I don't want to work, and that other people have worse conditions than me and still look for work.

There is plenty of parking below and the floors above.just take the lift. The staff on reception and my case manager Simone are wonderful people. Very professional, empathetic and very helpful in these difficult times. Well done

Highly recommend! Thanks to Peter and Glen who provided support and understanding regarding my personal circumstances. My first meeting with Glen resulted in a job interview the following day, in which I was successful in securing employment. A great outcome where my skills were matched exactly to the industry I wanted to work in!

I’ve being struggling finding a job on my own but thanks to HELP I found myself a Full Time position with health benefits and very good hours.
