I have really appreciated my experience with help over the past while. All the staff seem lovey.

My job coach Amy has been the most supportive I have ever had, she has helped change my view of the job coach situation. Amy has always acted in a professional yet understanding manner while working with me to find work that is suited to my needs and capacities.

It has meant so much to me to be treated with dignity when so many others in the employment services sector have not. Thank you Amy.

I have been with Help for a while. When I first came to them I wasn’t job ready. They patiently worked with me to overcome my barriers. Once I was job ready they actively marketed me to employers, supported me make my own applications and helped keep me motivated. There was a time when I truly believed I’d never have another job, however this week I got one. I couldn’t be happier. They are a great group of people; caring and dedicated. Thank you team, especially Sarah, Steph and Nicola; without whom I’d still be job hunting in vain.

Just did the three-day Coffee Course. It was brilliant, Philippe the trainer was amazing, and fellow students wonderful, we all worked great together making coffees for all the local business owners, Help staff, clients and random lovelies dropping in. I have dealt with Help EMPLOYMENT for a couple of years now and have found them to be extremely helpful and courteous, I would recommend anyone to contact them for your employment opportunities.

I had a really positive experience with Help Employment. Initially my phone appointment was cancelled and I had to rebook for a face-to-face appointment the day after. The manager was busy however a lovely lady Cune served me and answered my questions in depth and with confidence. I moved from Kingaroy over year ago unemployed and separated from my wife. I tried to get a job but with out any luck then one day I got off the bus and walked down the road and saw help employment so I thought I will go in and see if they can help me. I have been with HELP employment for going on 6 years. From day one they were understanding and motivating in getting back into work, even when I wasnt ready and still in a state after my previous job. They have become like a second family and I cant say that for many other organisations who are promoted to help people from all circumstances.
