2Love this gym! Great helpful staff who are always willing to guide you on how to train properly. Good size gym, never too crowded and a great range of equipment for training. Cannot recommend highly enough!
I'm a current member of my fitness passport which helfi gym is a participant. They made it really easy to sign into the gym and I train with Darren once a week to help achieve my fitness goals. Darren has always made me feel confident and supported. I don't usually like to work out and find it hard to keep on track with my fitness. Darren and the rest of the team at helfi gym and very supportive and never shame but only ever encourage. When I'm feeling frustrated with myself and my progress they are always happy to have a chat and give me other workout exercises to help me stay on track. Really like this gym for its supportive family type feel.
