bedside manner and professionalism. Very thorough and clear communication.

I had never taken my son to see Dr Somani before but she was beyond incredible. She seemed to genuinely care; which is so rare these days. I felt as though even my smallest of concerns wouldn’t have been disregarded. Suffice to say I’ll definitely be using Dr Somani as my son’s primary care doctor going forward.

I found the staff and Doctor to be polite, efficient and helpful. On returning to Townsville i will have no hesitation to revisit the clinic.

The receptionists Colina and Nikki are so lovely, always down for a chat when you need a good distraction. Dr Prakash is awesome and is very thorough and knowledgeable. He also is very caring and understanding. Best doctor I’ve come across in Townsville, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new doc!

Highly recommend. I was greeted by a happy and friendly receptionist. The doctor was also very welcoming and made me feel at ease after thoroughly explaining the procedure along with the assistance of a lovely nurse.
The new clinic is amazing and I am excited to have this in the area.

Dr Somani has been our GP for a very long time, when they open Heatley Medical & Skin Cancer it was a no brainier but to transfer our records across, the whole team are always friendly and very approachable, the services they provided within the clinic is excellent, time to wait to see a GP is minimal and there is times that we have gone in before our appointment time, so thank you Dr Somani and team for a great service you all provide
