Fantastic service from Joyce…. She was very proactive and kind during an issue caused by a faulty injection…she took action and advocated for me. Exceeded expectations. I am so appreciative

I had the pleasure of being served by Joye in the pharmacy section who could not have been calmer, more genuine and so caring. I left feeling much better than when I went in. She genuinely cared about my wellbeing and was an angel when I needed one. Thank you so much. I'll be a return customer because of her.

Was served by an exceptional young lady with wonderful red hair.sarah i am sure her name was.she served my friend and i with a smile and answered any queries we had on the perfumes in question.we found a wonderful vanilla scented perfume with the help of this most lovely staff member.after ruminating on different choices, i was sure i found the perfect one.i will be back most definitely and hopefully be served once again by the wonderful young lady in the fragrance section:)

Nikki, Andrew and all the team provide an exceptional customer service experience. The team is so friendly, patient and helpful. It is such a wonderful chemist to get your healthcare care needs met. Their smiles and kindness is so uplifting and inspiring.

Joy genuinely cared and went out of her way to right a doctors wrong doing with my script and kept in contact with me all day about the process so I could still be at work. I’m grateful to find a pharmacy where the staff go above and beyond to help customers, it’s an industry that has the ability to offer so much and really needs to.

Fantastic service wonderful staff I travel from Clayfield as they are the best chemist Northside

I’ve never written a review before but I just had a terrible customer service that I couldn’t hold back. I was waiting in line at the counter, located near the cosmetics, while the employee (had pixie hair cut, wearing glasses and a black top) was serving a customer in front of me. The employee then decided to have a catch up session with the customer, talking about their favourite perfumes and the first perfume that they purchased etc. I waited patiently to be served and when the customer hinted to the employee that I was waiting, the employee said “it’s alright, I will get someone else to serve” and rang the bell for another employee to come. Then, she continued to have a chat with the customer while completely ignoring the fact that I was there waiting. I felt so disrespected by the employee that I left the store without purchasing the product and went to a different store instead. I’m disappointed that I had this experience at one of my favourite chemist because now I will never go to this chemist again if that employee is serving.

Always go out of my way just to visit this pharmacy. The pharmacist provides excellent service, always takes his time with you and goes in depth about your medication. He also offers natural alternatives which is a blessing as most doctors don’t even provide that. Highly recommend this chemist!

I'm a disability support worker and I was walking past with my client this afternoon who is highly mentally disabled, there were two young women (one blonde and one light brunette) standing just out the front of the store in uniform. One said 'hello' to my client, but she didn't answer back due to her mental disability. I heard one of the girls say 'rude' and then they both started laughing, and were looking at us laughing when I turned back.

Please just be more mindful and careful about what you say and how you treat not only customers but people who walk by when you are representing your organisation.

Had the nicest lady serve me today. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy. Good staff are hard to come by these days but this lady really made my day!

Like if this is the only chemist you can go to then I guess they have stock but seriously the worst. Wait time are super long. Not the chemists fault but the staff are slow and disorganised. No where to stand to wait. Just painful.

Hurried with heavy bags to this pharmacy because it said open till 5: 30 but it was completely closed at 5: 20

Wonderful wonderful people…. They haven’t known us for very long (our of our comfort zone flood victims) they have ALL gone out of their way to help us both.last week I was so I’ll I could t walk across the road to get scripts they went above and beyond and hand delivered the meds to me.this was actually a life threatening situation as I had an asthma attack out of the blue. I will never forget their kindness…so TEN STARS FROM US.

I always like shopping and getting scripts done at this pharmacy because they are always so friendly and helpful as well as having great specials. Today I arrived just as they were closing their doors but I asked the assistant if I could still get some scripts done and she let me in. The pharmacists were friendly and not at at all annoyed that I came in at the last minute and couldn't have been more helpful. Great store! Greater team!

The pharmacist Shaz was the first medical professional to ever help me with an allergic reaction I have to my regular pain patch. I didn’t even ask for help - he offered to help with samples of products after I went there to purchase antihistamine tablets for my contact dermatitis. Because of this I am having far fewer issues with itching caused by my patch. Excellent service!

This pharmacy is the place where my problems get solved, my spirits lifted, and interaction with "Shaz" and all staff is much more than just "what is required" Shaz has always gone out of his way to be helpful, patient, understanding, and being a senior customer in today's world, this is so important to me. I always feel valued when I leave the pharmacy. Shaz, and all staff at Healthyworld Pharmacy - Thanks heaps!
