3A big thank you to staff Chris, Billy, and Ryan. Recovering from the second hip replacement surgery and doing hydro, physio, gym I recovered quickly and being mobile gave me independence which is what I wanted. Wiithout good health life is hard. I wish I would have known about these guys first time around with my first hip replacement! You are indeed very good at what u doing especially for the older crowd like me. Thank you for being patient and respectful.
Very professional EP's, who've ultimately become friends. Been attending three days a week for about a year. Highly recommended.
Staff are Exercise Physiologists. They help me unload my wheelie walker & upload if needed. Work with you one on one to strengthen your body by increasing the weights or repetitions.
