Excellent customer service from Ash today. I made a phone enquiry, Ash went above and beyond to help me take pictures and measurements of the product I was asking about. It was a low value item, a lot of places were not too interested in putting the effort to help me out. I'd definitely come back again for my future lighting needs.

Cheryl and the whole team in general are amazing. Very knowledgeable and all about customer service.

The guys at Haymans Sumner are always friendly and helpful. As a sparky they have most things I need in stock and if they don't they will happily order it for me.

We have been using Haymans Sumner Park for the past 10years, they have a great time led by Craig. The staff are very consistent and knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure orders are filled. Even their rep Warwick goes alright.

I recently shopped here for the first time chasing 2 control knobs for some rather old ceiling fans.

Not only did I find the knobs but the salesman who served me was very welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to deal with - this is MY electrical store from now on!

Big thanks to Nev for hunting down some RG11 cable for me. I had spent most of the day calling around various stores. The Haymans guys at the airport kindly directed me to Sumner Park branch and I got Nev. Very easy to deal with, said he would have it all sorted and as promised, got my cable the next day. Worth the wait and saved me a bucket! Thanks Nev.
