Bought a couple of dimmable, colour switchable compact LEDs. Very happy to have found this place. Won't be going back to Bunnings etc ever again for decent electrical stuff. For some other reviewers who've complained about belatedly googling slightly cheaper prices elsewhere, you just sound like fools. Checking prices is sensible if you do it before hand, sure, but also factor in driving all over town chasing items not in stock, costing fuel, time and frustration.

Not a usual Reviewer, but must say my experience today was most appreciated. I bought 3 stove lights and the staff person was so helpful and friendly, I had to let you know. Most impressive. Leaves me with a good feeling for the rest of my day. Thanks.

Friendly enough staff, but charged me $36 for a LED light tube, where i found out later i could have got them for $20 at other suppliers, check your pricing first before committing to buy.

I had spoken with the seller on the phone early today and he had told me the price of "Clipsal Ceiling Fan Clipper Ligh Fitting Kit" is $27. Then I checked the price on other websites and I found this item with the same price, so I decided to buy from this store but when I went there and I wanted to pay the price, the seller told me you have to pay $34.32! I told him that the person who I have spoken with, told me the price is $27 but he didn't accept it and told that's what I can do for you! It's awful.

This business tried to take my home. Do not do business with them. Do not sign a personal guarantee. This business does not support the battler. This business is only about profit margins not about people.

Very friendly, helpful staff, went out of their way to source a non standard part and found a better priced supplier for me.
Let down by the courier their company is using.

Great team always ready to help this non-tradie work out what the hell he should be getting!
