Excellent customer service on my end, beautiful handguards and great receivers to go with them. I understand some people have had some issues, however the team at hawkex tactical is awesome and will work with you every step of the way. Thanks guys for being such great supporters of the gel blaster scene here in Queensland Australia.

It's been 2 months since placing an order that I haven't received. Despite sending various messages to find out the status of the purchase, the few I did receive offered very little help in finding out the status of my order. When I contacted them to say that I would collect my order from the store front, they said that this would be fine only to find out when I arrived that they could not find my order (with no history of it being shipped either). I was finally called by the owner in mid March to say sorry for the delay and that a variation of my order would be sent out to me. I received no shipping or order confirmation information about that nor have I received the product. Super disappointed and at this stage frustrated that a significant amount of money has not been honoured through a received product or any form of effective communication. Completely understand that the pandemic has changed business operations for many, but at least attempting to communicate via your channels is all most customers want.

Not sure what happend to all these other customers but my experience with Hawkex was amazing! They went above and beyond to allow me to collect my order today after only ordering last night. Would 100% recommend this shop and I will definitely be purchasing most of my parts from here in the future

After purchasing something that I was really really excited to build up and show off about nine months ago! And still not seeing it, hearing any updates or even seeing my money I gave them has really sent me up the wall.
They don’t reply to emails at all! I’ve probably emailed them about five times over the couple months asking for updates and only recently asking for a refund and no response.
I honestly expected a lot more from these guys but it’s so sad having to do this instead. I personally will not be purchasing anything from Hawkex ever again.

Have got things from here before and arrived quite fast and no dramas. However the last order I have been looking forward to receiving. Got an email saying its being prepaired for shipping. Waited a week or so with no shipping conformation sent an email asking if it had been shipped and got no reply. Waited a few more weeks still no reply after lodging a dispute with paypal I got an email saying it had been sent but they sent no tracking number and did not reply to emails asking for tracking. So now after over 2 months of hearing nothing I have finally got a refund from paypal and have to look for the product elsewhere that says now and has said the whole time that it's in stock. Why would you lie about sending it to prolong a paypal dispute do you not want my business or money something? If something was wrong like it was out of stock or you had a backlog or something all it would have taken is one response to an email and I would have been fine with waiting. Thanks for the lack of customer service

Hawkex has excellent quality parts and accessories. Their receivers are extremely well made

Honestly, I am a online shopper with tolerance for most of the time and can put up with most of the online business with limited customer services. However, I just can't stand for what I have experienced with this seller for my "recent" purchase. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced with. An order was placed back in April and I waited for nearly 4 months for the item to arrive. During the waiting, I have tried to contact seller through email and facebook, no one has ever replied. And the wrong item was eventually sent to me after such a long wait. Sent them a message again and finally got replied saying that they will send out a replacement. So far, still haven't received anything yet. I have tried to contact them again to find out the status, and no reply again.

The seller reckons that it is a small family business, so that they don't have enough man power to manage customer's enquirers or questions. But I don't think that it is a good excuse if you are actually planning running a business online mainly. What is the point leave the sales email address online if you don't even reply? Anyway, I am definitely not recommending to shop with them.
