Great little chemist. Has everything you need, The staff here actually care about good customer service as well which is extremely hard to find nowadays. 10/10

I was served by a lovely young lady called Marina, exceptional customer service, even though they didn't have what I was looking for she helped me find an acceptable substitute, this kind of service will see me back as a customer for sure. Management hold on to staff members like this.

Have been a customer for a few years now and the service I get is excellent. I was having trouble finding a product and the short girls (I think her names aleesha) she was so lovely and very helpful and gave me all these suggestions. 10/10 service

I'm always greeted by happy and friendly staff. Even at the end of a long day they are still kind and helpful. Scripts are received on arrival, no matter how busy it is So no need to stand and wait in a line. Great service.

Always come here whenever I need anything. I usually am served by Aleesha, she always has a smile on her face when I see her, and always tells me what she thinks is best for me. She helped me pick out a beautiful candle for my mum for Christmas, they will always be my go to to chemist:)

I have never been to a chemist with such professional and lovely staff. Aleesha knew the store like the back of her hand and was very knowledgeable about the all the products I was looking at buying.

If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. The staff are arrogant and VERY condescending and down right rude. Avoid this place.

They are more concerned with trying to upsell rather than being sympathetic or caring!

PLEASE TERRY WHITE RE-TRAIN THE IRISH PHARMACIST WOMAN IN THE MARGATE MEDICINE SHOPPE NEXT TO THE POST OFFICE (WHICH APPARENTLY YOU NIW OWN). AND PERSUADE LOVELY NEIL TO COME BACK OR ALL WE CUSTOMERS WILL GO TO THE OPPOSITION. THIS NEW WOMAN IS BEYOND REASONING WITH AS SHE INTERROGATES CUSTOMERS OVER SCRIPTS INCLUDING THOSE SENT BY GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY AND SPECIALISTS (8 YEARS RUNNING). HER APPROACH IS FAR TOO CONDASCENDING, PERSISTANT AND PATRONISING. THE LAST THING INVALIDS NEED! PLEASE ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY. THIS WAS AN HOUR OF OFFENSIVE HARANGUING WE JUST DO NOT DESERVE. WILL COMPLAIN TO SPECIALIST ABOUT HER DOUBTS. SAD THING IS THE OTHER STAFF ARE AN ABSOLUTE CREDIT TO YOU.
