We bought a fireplace and stone cladding from Haus Collective and couldn't be happier. Their products are top shelf and their customer service even better. Our house build dragged on significantly longer than anticipated so I ended up dealing with Marina and the team at Haus for over a year and every single interaction with them has been enjoyable. Cannot recommend highly enough and would certainly use again.

Prompt with quote and follow-up, organised my fireplace, recommended a trusted installer and stonemason. She also arranged and coordinated the fireplace delivery and installation.and all in the week before Christmas. Her chosen fireplace installers did a fabulous job, they completed the whole thing in a day. They were prompt, professional, tidy and provided great design advice. Marina was lovely to deal with in our recent landscaping project, extremely responsive and helpful. We had some trouble with other providers whose salesroom product was not of the same quality as what they delivered. However the travertine tiles and stone provided by Haus were great quality and value.
