Hatchlings Early Learning Centre Waterford West

This daycare is absolutely amazing nothing but awesome educators, the daycare is always clean and tidy and the kids are always happy with something to do throughout the day as well as learning. Definitely recommended this daycare!

Cannot fault the educators in the toddlers and nursery however my experience with my eldest was anything but good. Their was an extreme lack of communication across all domains.
On multiple occasions I'd have to follow up about the daily observations they write regarding my sons day and upon suffering a serious injury (broken finger) i wasnt notified until until 3 hours later when they 'noticed' the swelling and bruising. They described a deep cut in the place of the break as a minor graze, and when collecting my son after being contacted he was covered in mud, which placed him at risk of bone infection as advised by the doctor. The educators showed minimal care towards my son and I was required to continue pay during his time absent due to the injury.
In addition to the lack of communication and care we recieved their non existent menu is anything but nutritional.
They constantly run promotions to attract people to the centre including paying families to write reviews.
This is my personal truthful experience, and I cannot speak for any other parents at the centre who may have positive experiences. I would highly not recommended them

This Centre is amazing! They offer so many things for us families, including meals, nappies, a cute as pie shirt, drink bottle and matching hat when we start and have fun things on every day. Their cooking classes are always amazing and the children always have so much fun making lots of different things with their teachers. They have amazing chef that cooks fresh food daily for the children, with things like Mexican beef with rice to the all time favourite of spaghetti bolognaise and the fruit and veggie platters look devine!

Absolutely happy with the service, amazing staff, always happy and helpful always friendly, can’t fault them.

Friendly staff great centre management lots of changes to the center to make a better place for our little one's. Nothing is more important to the educator's but the children and to see them develop every day.

Absolutely thrilled with this center. My son LOVES his educators and friends very much. In his words "I love my teachers mum". So much genuine warmth and care, you can feel it when you walk in and are greeted by everyone you walk past whether they are your childs direct educator or not. The manager Rachel is fantastic! So pleased to have found this little gem, I feel so confident leaving my son there each day.

What do I love about Hatchlings?
The staff greet me with a smile everyday, I love the way management support parents and children, sometimes life is crazy but I am always supported and feel like all of the staff here are friendly and helpful.

The classes of hatchlings early center is very helpful for the development of our child.i found it from one of my family member. The learning facility and teaching staff is very supportive.

My little guy attends this centre. The staff are absolutely lovely, inclusive, and I couldn't imagine a better centre. He's so excited to go to school, he's learning so much, and making so many friends. The rates are affordable, the food made in house is amazing - normally my little guy doesn't try varied foods due to sensory stuff, but he happily eats what's made at the centre.

I have never been happier to leave my little man anywhere but here. The Hatchlings team take amazing care of our little guy. They really do love the kids they are looking after and it makes me so happy that he has such a fun and happy place to be. Cannot recommend this centre highly enough!

I absolutely love this centre! The care, dedication, laughter, love, attentiveness and more that all of the educators put in to both of my daughters lives and development is incredible! I could not be more satisfied. I'm going to miss everyone when we finally say goodbye in the future.

The Center has been run by a great manager. All educators are very friendly, responsible and love children. Our children have been there for 3 years. We absolutely love Hatchlings Center. Highly recommend.

Hatchings early learning centre has long standing staff members who are friendly and approachable. Hatchings provide nappies and meals and has a courtesy bus for convenience of pickups and drop offs. Hatchings have amazing environments both indoors and outdoors for the children.

The team show such love and care for my children. They come home every week with big smiles and new skills.

A great place for my children to learn and grow teachers and co ordinators communication I cannot fault, great food. Hatchlings feels like a family
