Jamie Scott gave us amazing customer service. We bought a Panasonic A/C for my mother’s granny flat. The A/C died days after installation during the holiday period and through a heatwave. We tried dealing with Panasonic under warranty, however they were terrible to deal with and giving over a month lead time for repair. We called Jamie at Harvey Norman and he had a new unit delivered and installed within 48hrs. Very impressive. Thank you Jamie!

Tried to get my screen protector replaced as I had a receipt from another store, they refused, however Booval store did it no problem. Bad form don't shop here

The only staff from this store who were remotely helpful were the delivery guys. I the others I dealt with over the phone etc were not.

If you're looking for the best Harvey Norman store in south East Brisbane, this is the store. From kitchen cooktops, ovens, dishwashers, fridges, sofas, TV's and tablets. This is the only store l will shop at. The staff are amazing and polite and so helpful and have saved me thousands of dollars when renovating my home.l would like to thank Annabelle from the furniture section when purchasing my sofas, Annabelle rang the company in Melbourne who made the sofas and ordered firmer cushions and armrest covers and headrest covers and had a natural form of scotch graud protection put on sofas.

Would not price match. Rude over the phone. Despite Harvey Norman’s “price guarantee”, they would not price match a cheaper competitors price for a computer. They admitted on the phone that the cheaper price was eligible for price match, but they wanted to hold on to the stock to sell at the higher price. Makes perfect business sense, but don’t advertise a price guarantee if it’s not true.

Really good place for parking, shopping and the domestic electrical staff are very informative.

In store and online the experience with this store has been appalling. Ordered a bed for my son that the website said was in stock.got a call no there aren’t any and it was put on order with an eta of 2- 3 weeks.called to follow up on the three week mark got told no it’s going to be 2-3 weeks (was also told they would follow up with the transporter and advise me Monday, it’s now Wednesday and no contact) so either they didn’t place the order or they sold what was my bed to someone else.which is it Harvey Norman Oxley.unbeknownst to them I ordered the bed head from another store which was also in stock however, their stock was damaged, they had to order it. I received that 2 weeks ago. I didn’t come down in the last shower. Prior to ordering the bed I also visited the store as a serious purchaser.was ignored by what little staff were on the floor.should’ve headed that as a warning.

So disappointed. After spending $1800 on an outdoor furniture to find bolts missing on the reclining mechanism

When to buy an electric queen size spilt bed stood there for 30 minutes 2 staff members seen me there but kept on chatting to each other so I said as I was walking out the door if this is the service you get at harvey Norman at Oxley florist one will never set foot back in there store

My wife and I were served with a smile from Lachlan Knox, he was super helpful with selecting a computer my wife wanted and took the time to talk to us and have a laugh. I can’t fault how excellent his customer service was, we will even have our computer delivered to us in a remote community in QLD. Top job mate! Well done amd keep up the good work.

Pathetic salesmanship in bedding. Sales person left us and didn't come back and served another customer. Walked past us several times. When we entered the store was ignored for 15 minutes. Very disappointed with the sales team!

The staff member that we talked to was very knowledgeable about the product, we were hunting for a new bed. There was a good range of stock on the floor to look at and try out and it seems pretty much something for every budget. Good experience.

I ordered online but the item is out of stock in Oxley store. Called up Oxley store and Nikki was so kind and efficient in helping to shift my order to another store that has the stock.

This kind of customer service is rare nowadays especially with major retailers. Good job and I definitely won’t hesitate to continue supporting Harvey Norman Oxley store.

They always have just about everything you need and the staff are great. Just be patient if you go on the weekend as they get very busy.

Have bought quite a few things over the years, recently an oven and heater, always have had good service and never a problem with the goods. They arranged installation of my oven and delivery, the electrician turned up on time and did a good job. Sometimes you might find what your looking for slightly cheaper somewhere else but for the no hassle service I receive at this store I continue to give them my business.

Superb service throughout the furniture and electronics. This is a very well run outfit that looks after you superbly. I am disabled and they found some solutions that no occupational therapist can think of. Genius customer service knowledge and care. Thank you guys.

Trim was incorrectly ordered when the floors were installed and it's been a stuff around for 3 months just to get the trim fixed. Called on a number of occasions with empty promises its getting sorted but no results.

First time to write a review, and it is such a shame that I have to review harvey norman Oxley 1 star. Your store deserve a zero star. Such a bad service ever both at the store and warehouse. NEVER COME BACK.

Sales person gets so aggressive and disrepectful for the reason that I mentioned another harvey Norman store. I was just getting the quote for furniture.it was very weird experience ever
