On line purchase process was simple and efficient. Team at collection depot were excellent but unaware of how I should access the gift card. They suggested I contact the retail outlet. On doing this I was told that the gift card was sent by email but shop staff (Noosa) then suggested that warehouse staff should have know this but we’re “not the brightest’. Shame when staff in an organisation talk down their colleagues.

The team were very helpful when I was looking at a new bed and bedding. Very knowledgeable and a good selection. Thanks to Natasha.

Spent a large sum of money last November 2022 in Noosa Bedding Section.
We ordered two Electric base Tempur Soft Long Singles what was delivered was two Mediums.
It Went through 4 hands that did not pick up the error.
How on earth did that happen.
Many months later my husband started to get severe aching pain in arms from the wrong bed.
It has damaged him so much we went back to store to upgrade the mattresses.
He felt scarred by the experience and blamed the brand rather than the wrong firmness.
Worst decision.
We choose two plush beauty rest and sadly I have had the worst night sleep I’ve Ever Had.
Whilst Harvey Norman were happy to replace for the right ones we upgraded for an additional $1100 these mattresses are not as soft as we felt in store.
They won’t return these new mattresses and we are stuck with two mattresses we didn’t initially order.
It’s a terrible sad shambles sleeping in a bed that give you back ache and is not comfortable.
Be aware that you actually get what you ordered.
If we had of received what we initially ordered we wouldn’t be stuck with beds that hurt your back & shoulders.
Lovely people but not happy with these expensive mattresses.
The soft Tempur would have done if only you delivered what we ordered the first time round.
So Disappointed in this black beauty it’s not for me.

Friendly staff, happy people, looks like a nice place to work. The staff are knowledgeable about the stores products and seem genuinely interested in helping customers

Staff was really irresponsible to let me know that they don’t have the product in store but sold me wrong one anyway until I checked the receipt.

Great place to shop whatever you are looking for. Friendly staff will look after you. My first choice for all things technical or there's a top line furniture store across the street. Highly recommended.

Not only that he served me and looked after me with the TV
When we installed our TV at home the TV was faulty
I called him up the following day and spoke to him, and he organised a replacement TV on the day
He personally came and installed it himself
Now that’s what you call service
Very hard to get service like that these days

What a great team you have in your mobile/tech section. So efficient and a terrirfic knowledge of your stocked products. Just recently upgraded my mobile phone.

Thanks to David for his incredible persistence in sorting out my one year old espresso machine issues. He continued to help me after a young woman who decided it was all too hard dusted her hands of me. He truly is the expert! And whilst David was helping sort it out I looked around and decided to buy a new dishwasher while I was there - if I hadn’t had the help I would have left earlier! Thanks again David.

Went to the electrical section. Two young lads, James and Conen, helped me get exactly what I needed. Fantastic services and helpful advice.

Why buy anywhere else? Have been a customer for 15 years, guys never failed to give us great prices and service. Last December our 15 month old fridge failed a week before Christmas, our major repairer in Noosa closed down for Christmas without having emergency technicians on call. (We live in a tourist town!) It was the Noosa store of Harvey Norman that offered a loan fridge to save Christmas! Not the manufacturer or the local repair guys!
On top of that the service was free of charge! Our business will continue to go to Harvey Norman Noosa.

I have a Samsung watch that got "bricked" by an update from Samsung so because it was still under warranty I took it back to Harvey Norman where I purchased it.
It's been nearly 2 months now and still no watch, not impressed at all.
And this is a shop where I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and I have been a loyal costumer for probably 15 year's but if I might one day in the future get my watch back then it will be the last time I deal with any Harvey Norman again.
Also they have no intention to communicate with any updates in regards the issue.
I'm the one calling them and every time they get annoyed with me calling them and basically tell me to stop bothering them, telling me that they would call me.
I have not received one call from them in all this time.

I bought a TV on Black Friday sale, it had a blue line down the screen. Phoned Greg and he organised for it to be picked up replaced. Very good customer service and awesome communication. I didn’t have to stress. I am so pleased with the outcome and product.

The store scammed me. They sent out a surface pro that was 'lost' by Auspost in a sorting office. Because price of the computer had risen they refused to replace lost item. Jai Urqhart the store manager basically laughed when I said ACCC consumer rights to a replacement. Absolutely conmen. They loose your package and then refuse to replace.

Thankyou so much. A very special thankyou to Alex for going far and beyond for me. I had a distressed moment in life after having my dog put to sleep. I went in there to get his picture framed and i can't tell you how much i appreciated the care i was given. He went out of his way for me and at a time like this i can't thank your staff enough.

Rude staff poor service. They lied about a warranty return saying it had been sent and was still In Store one month later. Will never use again after 20 yrs being a customer. I go to maroochydore now.
