77 I recently purchased a Fridge from this store the salesman with the beard (sorry I forgot his name)
was excellent to deal with he went out of his way to find out when the product would be available when other stores I visited didn't bother
I was dealing with Frank lovely’s guy I had warranty issues and Frank had solved it but when I came into the store and seen Frank the owner come over never said his name just that’s he was the owner and was extremely rude straight always trying to get out of the warranty claim telling us lies about how it works lucky my grandson was with us and told him how it works and he then said whatever and stormed of to his office, my timber chair had 5 year’s warranty we have only had the chair bit over a year really horrible owner I feel bad for Frank working for him.
Purchased a Samsung vacuum that is less than 7 months old and the battery is faulty. Contact store and received a response that the lith-ion battery provided has only 3 months warranty. Why buy a vacuum to have a faulty battery with less warranty. I know Harvey Norman is not at fault for Samsung products but I believe if you sell the item knowing the hidden faults with batteries sold with expensive items then your reputation is being challenged
I went into the computer dept at morayfield on monday 20th March. Looked at many laptops over quite some time. Had eye contact with 3 separate sales people but not one was interested in doing their job. I walked out without being approached or spoken to. I then drove to JB hifi and spent $2000 on what I was looking for. Never seen staff so disinterested in doing their job
The owner of the furniture part is very rude and tried to rip my nan off they had a warranty issues told her not my problem we told him we will contact fair trade he instantly then said we can swap for floor stock once we come in tried to get out of it again while still being very rude, in the end we managed to swap for a floor stock and he told us how much money he going to loose over one dinning chair then stormed off to his office

Went in to buy a jug and toaster was told we don't have the colour you want just order it online. Unfortunately this is becoming the norm where shops send you to the online store to save them having to provide service.

Purchased a brother printer and within 1.5 months was faulty and needed to be repaired. Once o received the pri ter front he repair it was still faulty and they did not fix the issues.
Brought a mobile device within 2 months the screen was frozen and faulty. Asked for a refund as this seems to be a thing woth Harvey Norman Morayfield, was advised that they can't give a refund and needed to send it off. It has now been 4 weeks and still no phone. When call today was advised the phone will be in store today. IA sled for a refund as im not happy with the product nor service and was advised that they can't give a refund, I acknowledge this and said I'll pick the phone up however if this happen to freeze or stop working I would like a refund as this will be the second time the phone is faulty. The gentleman I spoke to advise this would no be the case and they would send the phone of again!
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HARVEY NORMAN THEY ARE A SCAM and the refund policy is a lie! Take your money somewhere else!
Selection good, yet overpriced compare to elsewhere and not flexible for best price. Good guys did the job

Lot's of staff all doing nothing. Waited at desk for 5 minutes. After I was served by the counter and was ask Was I being looked after by a sales person. If this is the way Mr Harvey treats people. I'm never shopping here again.
Yeah I'm going to contact you to fill out a form on your website about how poorly you did. Just because you responded with a gerneric response. Harvey Norman is appalling
Harvey Norman is really good it.s just they run out of there stock really fast. I have gone there a few times the staff are helpful and listen to what you feel you and and they will give you there opinion it.s not always about the highest price they do help you chose the best quality even if you haven.t heard of the products name.
The Harvey Norman Morayfield Electrical department is one of the most professional lot of staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
The store is set out beautifully and is run extremely well. Each time I have visited I have always received excellent customer service and the product knowledge that each staff member has is incredibly helpful when purchasing.

I took my 11yr old with me to buy him a new desk. They had some great specials on and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not a big variety in children's desks but what they do have are great. We bought a desk which was a $100 cheaper (on special) and my son is so happy. Now this Mumma has to put it together. The 2nd pic is me looking at it and knowing I suck at flat packs. It will eventually look like the one in the store (first pic)
Purchase a phone from there with warranty which they promise customers such and such. So after 6 months of purchase it started to play up. Sent for repair and came back even worse. Sent again and came after a month and still the same. When asked for refund or some other brand phone instead of tcl they started to fuss about it to call TCL and get money from them because they have the money. Past 2 weeks been only calling havey Norman Morayfield OR TCL. Also been told by Morayfield Harvey Norman that TCL sent an email that they will replace the phone which will be only the same brand. I asked to email me so I have an evidence when I call TCL that what they are saying. Which TCL clearly told me that I purchased phone from Harvey Norman Morayfield and they have to refund. No emails been sent from Harvey Norman Morayfield and it’s the 3rd day. Because of them I had to go and purchase another phone so tcl mobile can be sent for a repair. No help from them at all.
I have been to this Harvey Norman on Three different occasions, The one in Rothwell and the one in Aspley Looking to purchase a Mitsubishi fridge, and have yet to have a staff member from any of the above stores offer any assistance.
Staff have seen me walk in, watched me near the smaller items and then just continued to either chat amongst themselves, wander back to their computer or walk out for a smoke.
In the end, I left the shop with no added information or insight to help me make a decision. Guess I will have to support an online store that wants my business.
Really bad service. Got mobile phone paid Insurance if it plays up i get new p phone which they refuse to do. The manager was very very rude. Think he's name is Kingsle. And I'm still waiting for my phone. Will not recommend anyone to buy anything at Moryifield harvey norman
Extremely disappointed in the follow up support service from the Harvey Norman Furniture store in Morayfield QLD brought 2x3 seat couches late Dec 2021 delivered early Jan 2022 one couch damaged on delivery replacement sent out approx 3 weeks later an the replacement is also faulty and still waiting in March for it to be fixed repair was scheduled for 02/03/22 pnly to be told it has to be postponed to 15/03/22 due to the service vehicle needs to be serviced how on earth does it takes 2 weeks for a vehicle needs to be serviced contacted the store and spoke to DALE (2IC) and she seems not to be interested in my issue HN very quick to take my money but not interested in follow up support on faulty goods no compensation or empathy shown all i want is a working couch im not a happy customer
