Harvey Norman Gympie

My partner came in and bought a phone and was told there is full warranty. When we went in today the man was Rude, disrespectful and rolled eyes as we were leaving and told us just to use the phone as is even though there is glass sticking up off the phone. Will not be going back.

It's a Harvey Norman. Staff are friendly and they have a good range. Always plenty of parking. Recommended.

We purchased a Samsung fridge from Harvey Norman today and had the pleasure of working with their salesman Troy, who provided exceptional assistance throughout the process. Troy's help was invaluable when we called him earlier today, as he diligently worked to find us a suitable fridge freezer after ours suddenly stopped working. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service we received, the competitive pricing, and the overall efficiency of the experience. Troy's dedication and support truly made this shopping experience a breeze. Five stars all the way!

Very helpfull staff purchased fridge washing machine recliner chairs dining table there was going to be a longer wait for dining table but Lisa sorted it out also many thanks to guys who delivered it all! Good store

Bought apple AirPod pro 2’s they were faulty out of the box. This being the fourth set of AirPods that had failed, as I used them for work, I hadn’t previously complained because the issue, while I would have thought them better quality, was under heavy use and these pods had zero work use.

They refused replacement and said they needed to be sent away, I waited for two weeks for them to come back with exactly the same issues. I then requested a refund and this was refused. I now still have the product that is faulty with no way to get warranty or a refund. Keep this in mind, I have spent close to $12,000 this year on upgrading old appliances with this store and I could not even get a replacement on an out the box faulty product.
I don’t know if this is all Harvey Norman stores now but I’ll be driving 100km to next town before I ever spend another cent there.

Love this place, gorgeous furniture, and the electronics section, which has pretty much everything you need. Prices are reasonable, staff are friendly and helpful. I have purchased several electrical items from here. At very good prices, as l like to shop when things are on special, maybe ask for a discount if it isn't on special? You never know, you might get lucky and shave off a few bucks. Any savings are good savings, l say! Happy shopping at Harvey Norman.

Great store and loads of variety how ever sometimes it’s like the staff are no where to be found. Otherwise would be 5 stars

Terrible service. Asked 2 different to buy a camera and both palmed me off and no one wanted to deal with me. All I wanted was to buy a camera. I didn’t need any help just want to buy a camera. How hard is it to spend money in this store. Won’t be back again decided to buy camera online for a better price anyway.

I placed a large order online. Only to then be told via text the next day that my items are on back order and I will get it within 2 months.

Customer service offered me a refund that I also wouldn't get back for over a week anyway.

They are so quick to take the money but don't like giving it back as quick.

Salesman in the computer department was very helpful to me and helped me to get the best deal. I am happy to keep my business locally as much as possible.

Back in full swing. Plenty of products to choose from. Staff helpful as well. Shop not crowded.

These guys have just about everything electrical. They even sell tables chairs and beds! Good selection of mobil phones too!

Paid for delivery & so they forgot to put in in for delivery, they stuffed me around all day looking for the delivery. Waited all day & get told it will be delivered around 6 at night.
I will never deal with them again

I tried to shop locally, support local businesses be a part of my community all that stuff,
The manager needs some training in customer service to say the least or an attitude adjustment, very judgemental.
The owner/manager of Shepherds betta home living and furniture is even worse.
Will be taking my business to noosa from now on and so will my family.

Spend a lot in harvey norman. Wanted a fridge and the girl was too busy blowing up balloons to serve. Went elsewhere. What would gerry think.

I would've given -10 if available. They advertise a service on their website but when you're in store they know nothing about it. Looks like they just can't be bothered. Sales is all they care about.

Always great service from staff with excellent product knowledge and also very helpful when making informed choices.

Poor service. Everyone must have went for lunch at the same time leaving very little staff to serve customers.
