Visited recently to purchase some electronics, the customer service was very good. Something that is hard to come by sometimes. But the team in electrical goods was very helpful and nice. The parking for the Centre is a smidge painful when busy but there is more parking underneath.

Better to check the price at Gardencity and Capalaba Harvey Norman before buy from Carindale. They most of the time get better prices for same item.

Recently moved to Brisbane from Canada and bought a new TV from this location. The TV did not fit in the back of my care. One of the drivers at the warehouse had just pulled up and offered to deliver the TV for me as he was heading to my part of the city anyways. Instead of me scheduling a separate delivery for the TV he delivered it for me on a Saturday afternoon, for which I was very grateful. They've gained a customer for life!

Tania showed me exceptional service in the furniture department at the Carindale store. She didn't rush me and showed me a wide range of electric reclining leather lounge suites. Well done Harvey Norm.

Today we had a wonderful experience at Harvey norman Carindale. We purchased a bed and mattress and cannot thank Greg Tatnell enough for his patience and knowledge on his products. He spent so much time explaining everything we needed to know to help us with our decision. He is a true gentleman and would recommend Greg and his store to anyone looking for the best customer service and pricing. Thanks Greg your are a champion.

Fantastic experience by the whole team in bedding. Isaac Usher was the lead sales person that approached me to help explain the mattress choices.
I had been looking for one year and it was the easiest place to shop and most positive experience purchasing a mattress.
They even were able to rush the delivery to help me out. Thank you so much Isaac. I really appreciate your outstanding service. I loved my shopping afternoon!

I asked for click and collect direct to car and after waiting for 15 minutes went inside the store. Was directed to 3 different counters when I enquired about my order. Eventually collected my order and was told they were busy. Staff were standing around and I could only see about 2 other customers in the store. It'll be only if I cannot find what I want somewhere else that I will return. Terrible service.

Purchased a beautiful Australian Made bedroom suite today
After searching for weeks at every outlet I finally found the one I wanted
Only problem, I wanted storage drawer’s and it had solid base
No problem said Greg we can add them on either side or at the end
Greg then offered a discounted price I was happy with.
Next day I was concerned about how deep the mattress was and how hard to make up bed would be
Lovely Ann was able to offer suggestions to help with this
She contacted the manufacture about possible alterations to bed base
Today Greg spent time with me and we came to a great solution
The reason I am mentioning all this is when you look by yourself on line or in store you do not have the knowledge of these experts to know there are other alternatives.
So speak to the salespeople

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HARVEY NORMAN! About 14 months ago I decide to buy a latop off them and it has been the worst experience of my life. The charger died about 1 month outside the warranty period and they did nothing. Then the battery in the laptop also died and again they did nothing, they offered to replace it for a price but like off about 300 dollars. A LAPTOP SHOULD LAST FOR ABOUT YEARS NOT 1 YEAR. They were so unhelpfull, like the battery died but they should at least cover the repair costs as the warranty only just finished. I SHOULD NOT BE HAVING TO SPEND ABOUT 1000 DOLLARS FIXING THE LAPTOP. There has also been other issues with the laptop like dead pixles and white spots in the sceen as well as keys just falling off. Harvey Norman is the worst retailer every. I would strongly reccomand no one buy anything off them.

Very poor service. A lady got run into with a man pushing a trolley. He worked at Harvey Norman, said sorry but just kept going. I felt so sorry for the lady. Very poor service all round.

I was looking to purchase the latest Dyson stick vac. The young man who served me had so much knowledge about not only the Dyson but the other brands I asked about too. His name was Rory and i would highly recommend him to deal with. Excellent customer service and very professional.

WOW! DARCEY in Tech has just Blown us away with him going above and beyond. Honestly we are SPEECHLESS with how his customer service is, his manners, his knowledge, friendliness (I'm not kidding, the list could go on).
Its been a LONG time since I have been so Amazed at such outstanding efforts from an employee.

This Harvey Norman is great to access as it’s just outside the Westfield shopping centre, parking is good as it’s right out front. Walking through the store you could see the furniture was really well styled and nice to walk through for inspiration. The actual tech side of the store is great as it’s decently sized with everything super easy to find. I’ve just recently made a few purchases and they have been the best price locally.

Also the staff here were extremely professional, every staff member that I walked by checked in with me making sure I was okay and left me alone once I said I was fine browsing, which is a big.

Daniel Brannon in the appliances department of Harvey Norman Carindale is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He is exemplary, as he is not thinking about the sale but truly and genuinely helping to address the customer s need. This goes a long way, so much that he has become my go-to man and go-to shop! Indeed, over the last few months, he sold me a dryer, anti vibration mat and a grinder, He helped me finding a fridge fitting our space and he sold me a new remote that works beautifully with my old air conditioner. He also price-matches when he can or looks for the best price he can do. Daniel was able to advise me on brands, their quality, where fridges are manufactured and how to diagnose issues with an air conditioner remote. I m so impressed! You are doing a great job and I hope Harvey Norman will recognise your many talents! Thanks again for your customer support and great advice.

Generally when I enter a store I try to avoid salespeople, but tonight in your Carindale store one of your salespersons did his best to avoid us. I’ve never experienced a salesperson so disinterested in actually trying to make a sale before. I actually started to feel sorry for him as it was clear the day to day drudgery of going to work, or dare I say life in general, had all but taken away his will to exist. All we wanted was information on a range of vacuum cleaner options which seemed to send said salesperson into a catatonic state. He did however find time to walk away and help other customers whom he must have felt more worthy of attention or were after something more exciting than a vacuum cleaner. Anyway safe to say we’ll be spending our money elsewhere.

Please change your delivery service it is EXPENSIVE and not worth the price. I was aware that the coffee table was heavy and that I would have to assemble it my self. But not that the 3 piece lounge would come all together in one big heavy box! I told the delivery men that I was on my own and would have no way of unboxing. Zero care factor and a standard reply of its not really my job. If there are any other delivery businesses out there that can offer better service more than happy to pay appropriately. Instead of having peace of mind and enjoying my new lounge. I now have a PROBLEM.
