We purchased a new fridge from this store and it was faulty from day one & asked for a refund or a replacement but was refused. So Electrolux sent a service technician & he advised the fridge system was faulty & not worth repairing & also confirmed the fridge was over 4 years old so we confronted the floor manager Daniel Orr about sold old stock without disclosure of age, he still refused to refund or replace the fridge but eventually Electrolux issued a store credit. So after approximately 5 weeks we got another fridge no thanks to him. We have spent thousands with this store over the years but because of his appalling attitude of customer service for us we will never deal with this store again.

Guy in fridge area let us walk out without beating the price we quoted. He wanted to match it. We asked why we would bother buying through him for a price match. He took an attitude. We bought elsewhere

Bought a SMEG toaster that stopped working within the warranty period; the return process was an absolute Breeze to get my proof of receipt and organize a replacement at another store.

Friendly easy and great price.

Wanted a gift receipt but because we paid cash was rudely told no by Jordy. She was rude to us when we spent a lot of money. Needs training in customer service and how to treat customers with respect. Terrible experience from her. The other lady serving us was good.

Wow, the after sales service was amazing. Thank you Daniel, Mario & the 2 delivery guys. You made my day. Smeg didn’t but you guys were awesome. You went out of your way to make sure I got my fridge delivered properly. No thanks to Smeg who should be ashamed of their customer service. You could teach them a thing or two. You are wonderful! Have lately had some concerns that this place is understaffed and not really always on the ball. Generally very friendly in store, but if you have a warranty concern the communication lines break down. Have also noticed that pricing is not as competitive any more. Used to be our go to electics store.

Went to purchase on two separate occasions from this store. Both times left due to the customer service. So unprofessional both times. I left to buy online as I’d rather pay shipping than deal with them.

Our oven has broken twice since we got it about a year and a half ago. Each time it was made excruciatingly difficult to get it repaired. Store/online fighting about whose issue it was to deal with me, had to contact multiple third parties myself after being palmed off and wait on hold to then follow up again over a month later when I inevitably didn't hear back. Finally got my oven repaired today for the second time and the third party was helpful but it has been nearly two months in the making. Shoutout to Ashika in the electrical department who was the only helpful person I spoke to. Otherwise, customer service was non existent.

I returned a product and was looked after excellently be the staff member in charge of appliances who helped to track my purchase due to I didn't have a receipt and helped me to purchase a better product

We purchased a induction Smeg cooktop and was not informed of its incompatibility with a lot of cookware. Consequently many of my saucepans are incompatible. When questioning the 'manager' of the store about customer service and product information at the time of purchase I was informed that it was my fault for not asking! Do not shop at this store in Burleigh.

Great experience, I cancel the good guy washing machine due to their very bad customer service, however, heavy Norman delivered my washing machine just 1 hour before I moving home, although there is drama, but they achieved.

The store wasn't busy and we had eccentric? (love auto correct i meant excellent but yes they were fun).
Excellent service, product knowledge across the range was excellent. (no sorry that's not my department) we bought a laptop perfect for our needs, on sale. I felt like i was talking to a person not a sales person.
