Going to write the review on all Harvey Norman stores instead because they said they "can't publish" my review on their website. Their online team seems to respond faster on the reviews than their online form. Don't buy online with Harvey Norman. I bought online with Harvey Norman thinking they would be more reliable here in Australia. The order remained at "processing" and suddenly it was delivered in a week. Prior to this, I had filled in a query form on their website to ask if my order was being shipped. Automatic emails only. I talked to their live chat which could only advise they will get back within 24-48 hours. No follow ups. They can't even send me the transcript of the chat. I called the nearest store (Bundall) as the chair had arrived with a missing crucial piece. The lady was lovely and they followed it up but could not track much further as their online store is separate from the shops. I had to once again go through their live chat to ask for a refund as it has been almost two weeks now without response from their online team. They can however, reject my review on their online store faster. Their shop can try to help but they couldn't do anything about their own online store. The box came damaged and we can't even use this product because it is missing the crucial piece that puts the chair together.

Will never purchase another item from Harvey Norman - I have bought so many items of furniture from them - our last purchase 18 months ago on a leather lounge. This lounge is never sat on without a throw as it’s beige and I know how dirty that colour can get - I contacted them in regards to one of the chairs where the leather is starting to peel - to my shock my reply was that it was obviously something I had done to the couch and that I hadn’t purchased their in house leather protection - they also stated that the couch only had 1 year warranty on the leather - wish I had known that before purchasing as we were looking at another one in Nick Scali. Obviously customer service is no longer your stores concern, and your long time customers are no longer important. I’m so happy to know where I now stand as when we build our new house we would have purchased all new furniture and fittings from your store, but now we will look at finding these items somewhere else. Very disappointed

Terrible customer experience at Harvey Norman Bundall. First I was sold a fridge they couldn't supply, then aggressively told how they were 'doing me a favour' trying to sell me a far more expensive model with a discount that didn't match the cost of the original fridge. When I did not immediately accept this 'favour', the salesman was more than rude. On asking for a refund, I was told it couldn't be done over the phone as I had to return the other item I had purchased at the same time as the fridge! I'll gladly return the other item and purchase it elsewhere with the fridge. My family and I won't consider Harvey Norman to purchase anything in the future nor would we ever recommend them to anyone.

I would like to leave a review, for Olivia who runs the photo console at Harvey Norman Bundall Gold Coast. She is an absolute credit to your company she assisted me this afternoon and went beyond good service. Absolute 5 Stars and she deserves a medal.

Bought an asus m515 8/256 pc only to find no sd card reader as stated in specs and told by sales rep and on website and when went to return no apology they just said it does not have one.took another customer to suggest a portable sd card reader (which is a pain to use when in and out of bag). John may be a good cross seller but needs to work on his ownership of store errors not just blame sydney for the issue, an apology is always a good start.to date 28/12 error is still on website

A long overdue review! Last month visited the Harvey Norman store to sort bedding - I was in and out within 15 minutes! The customer service from Emerald was amazing! I would shop here again because of her alone - she is an asset to this business - thank you!

I went in looking for a product and the impression I got was that Mark from air conditioning was only Intrestred in selling me a higher priced product. He wasn't listening to my needs and I ended up walking out. Very disappointing

Daniel from Optus was a really nice guy to chat to, BUT, even though I signed the docs, he did not make it clear that by switching from a $65 plan with 8 months to go, to a $55 plan I would have to pay a $227.50 "EARLY UPGRADE FEE"! Why would I agree to pay $227.50 to save $80? And he claims to have explained it to me fully. Yes, I wanted a new phone, but I offered to pay for it outright and I believe he told me it made "No Difference" which way I decided to go. Everything bad that they say about Phone Sales People is true of Daniel at Harvey Norman Bundall. Beware and read everything before signing. You will be ripped off if they think they can get away with it.

They told me this place was Hardly Normal. But the people looked OK to me.

Great experience with a replacement laptop. My fans were loud. Wouldn't stop asking for an autograph.

Everyone was friendly and amazing but I would like to thank Zeke for the great customer service! He was funny and well engaged with us and was always helping with things that we were unsure of, he would always let us know of options and give us opinions on it.

We got our new phone and very happy with it, was fast service and I enjoyed the time while we were there, thank you for everything!

Sharon found a very quick solution to a problem I thought would take weeks to resolve.

The shop is fabulous and the staff are amazing! I was looking to find the right firmness I would need to buy and said in a panic i had to be real quick because my dog was in the car. The staff said don't worry relax, go and get him and bring him in! It was so great! My dog just lay on the floor while I got to feel all the beds. That was so awesome of them to do that!

Staff brilliant, Especially Amir, got everything we needed and he went out if his way to get our orders to us. The furniture side is a bit of another story. Staff slow to react and any communication on orders.well as they say" you cannot complain about service because there is no service".
