Terrible timing website says different time to opening time. Went twice and could not collect order. Very poor service and no one bothered to help

Friendly staff, good availability of the products, very clean and pleasant environment. Short of staff and are always busy, if you need some assistance for your purchase you need to wait for sooo long. Overall very decent shopping experience.

All the staff just stood around talking. They made no attempt to help or see what I wanted to buy. Finally I approached an elderly gentleman who went out of his way to help me.

Spent 15 mins waiting for service in electrical department. Bypassed by 4 different staff, no acknowledgement, talking amongst themselves. Walked out. Spent $3k at Good Guys on an oven and induction cooktop. Very bad service.
Will not return.

Recently purchased a tempur bed and had a great store assistant to help me and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Love my new bed.

Great experience at Harvey Norman Browns Plains. Needing a new iron and recieved a very good price, very friendly customer service.

Dishonesty during the “Black Friday” sales! We went in and priced everything we wanted ($7k worth) 2 weeks ago and told the salesman we would be back for a deal on Black Friday - he agreed to meet with us and do a deal. We go in on Black Friday and not only are the prices no more “special” than 2 weeks ago, but the TV we wanted was $1000 more! Just plain dishonest

Trent from flooring at Browns Plains is amazing to deal with. He went over and beyond to get us flooring at the best price as well as ensure it came on time. We never write reviews on people but Trent deserves one. He was so professional and helpful and patient, he spent the time discussing with my mother, me & my partner. Between phone calls and in person, he was great! Seriously never had service like this anywhere before.

Good experience shopping here. Wish they had some more deals compared to JB Hifi. Overall they have wide variety of selection.

Great service. Have purchased multiple items here lately and am very happy. Although one item had to be returned due to a factory issue, staff were more than happy to help me and issue was sorted quickly

I do not recommend Harvey Norman Browns Plains. When you try to return a faulty products within 24 hours of purchasing and are told they need to get it fault tested before they’ll do anything is poor customer service. Don’t sell faulty products if you don’t want to provide refunds.

Bought a Samsung 65-inch TV there were so many TV to choose from and the prices are reasonable and the staff new a lot about the TV's.

The only thing that let's this centre down is no public toilets. There are signs for them but all are locked.

Was in the store for 30 minutes no service from any staff. Went to JBHiFi. Was seen by a staff member with in 5 minutes and purchased what I needed.

Came to purchase a laptop and was helped by Geoff who provided extraordinary customer service, he went above and beyond using his knowledge to help me find a suitable laptop that is within my budget, also explained everything very well and had a lovely, kind and helpful attitude! Thank you so much Geoff, much appreciated!

We had 2 sales ladies that went above and beyond to try and accommodate our needs. Nothing was suitable but these ladies needed to be mentioned for their attempts.
