I previously posted a negative experience I had while trying to return a faulty speed ball that was two days outside of the warranty period.
I am now very pleased to say thank you to the customer service manager for honouring the warranty claim and having the item delivered to my house free of charge.

They got complete sports sets here. I bought a tennis set for my workout along with my friends and the stafsf are great and recommend me one of the best selling tennis set they have. Thank you I really like the quality.

Starting with lots discussions with Nicole from the customer service team. Her communication was very prompt and very accommodating. We had a lot of communication via email and phone and she was just great.
Flexible to our needs for our son and his NDIS funding we decided on a custom order, which was made and delivered weeks before the estimated dates which was a lovely surprise (and honestly the wait wasn’t that long for a custom order)
The equipment is the best quality and will be loved for many years to come

The customer service person Nicole was not helpful, she was condescending my reply saying "sorry I couldn't help with your free discount". I wasn't asking for a discount! I had asked why there are 2 freight charges even though the purchase is over $100. Customers please check you are being treated well when chatting to the so called "experts"

Not bad… good variety. Own branding on gear, but impressive quality for the money. Worth a try.

Disappointing to say the least, they pass the buck where they can blaming the courier and logistics companies, but they choose poor companies like Couriers Please who have a appalling record. Spoke to someone at Hart Sports all they said was labels do come of packages, well in that case secure your labels better. In the end all they bothered to offer to do is chase things up with the Courier Company, like I hadn't all ready tried that. All round just very little to know customer service, no satisfaction and in the end out of pocket for items that may not even show up, if I could give zero stars I would.

Fantastic service and delivery. Ordered Monday morning and it was delivered 24hrs later. Awesome ball for my son to practice his passing one on one.

I haven't inflated myswiss ball yet. Postage was awesome. Order on the 20th Nov and arrived early am on the 22nd Nov from Qld to NSW. Definitely would use again, especially for a order needed asap.

I'm so glad I found this store while trying to hold a sports event for youth, not only are the products of great quality, they are also well priced and the range on offer is great.

I also put in an order for medals and trophies with our organisation's logo and even though we put in the order late, they were delivered well before our event. Great quality and no mistakes in engraving either. There is no way I could have had the same thing done from anywhere else! Thank you guys!

What started as a great experience turned sad and frustrating. Two weeks ago we bought a table tennis table for our kids as a birthday present and found the offer very interesting to get the big bundle delivered to our home. We even paid $100 for the delivery fee with the promise to get a call the next working day to arrange for delivery in the same week as the article was "on stock".
Two weeks later we still have no table tennis table at home, the logistics company says they are overworked and depending on who you talk to don't even know that they have a delivery booked and the team at Hart's points their fingers to the logistics company.
Just not good enough and an absolute nightmare of a customer experience.

My experience with hart sport has been the worst I've ever received from any sporting goods company. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Im appaled at their lack of customer service. I ordered a couple of items around the 10th of Feb and after 1 1/2 weeks of waiting for conformation of delivery I decided to call the store. I was informed that the items hadn't even been sent yet even though they were in stock. I suggested that if the company was experiencing delays it would be courteous to inform customers. The geezer I spoke to was pretty rude and condescending and informed me I could expect the order to be shipped by the 23rd of feb at the latest. The items were finally shipped on the 1st of March. When I received the parcel this morning, some of the items were missing. Come on Hart Sport! How hard is it to ship a set of starting blocks and a couple of cones? I would advise others to shop elsewhere.

Bought a crash mat online and still waiting for that (2 months already). Every time I ask about my order they either give me new due date or just say don't know whats happening and need contact superiors.

Wow this is the complete sports emporium. I had no idea. They have everything you could imagine and more for your sporting requirements.

Needs new product control manager, do not buy hart Punching bags, most are defected and all replacements the send are too. 3 broke on first time use, then were replaced with 2 more faulty bags. They tried to shift blame to us when photos clearly showed that the area where u attach bottom cords had second stitching layer missing. Below you will clearly see the difference in the two bags, but they will see differently

Very informative and helpful staff. Amazing variety of equipment developed for all ages. As a HPE teacher of 31 years this is my number 1 place to shop for physical play and sports equipment.

Order was quick to arrive and great quality of sporting goods particularly for preschool. Coudnt be more helpful 10 out of 10
