48 I have been coming to Harlow for just over 2 months and love it! The instructors are all great and it’s such a good workout. The heating is also always a perfect temp you need feel like it’s way too hot.
I’m feeling stronger and it’s been great for me mental wellbeing since starting at Harlow. I would recommend this studio to anyone!
Unfortunately my experience is not great the second time I signed up. Used to be great, then they seemed to get very money focused and greedy, so many pointless rules, Too much “fine print” they don’t make clear. I just paid for two months and did not attend classes. I signed up and never attended following the first few classes. Was not a one month notice like they say but technically two months notice. I did not enjoy the environment with a steamer going constantly. It made the room feel like soup. Used to be a beautiful dry heat from the infrared. Has such good potential but they lost the personal touch. Hopefully one day the owner will get it back to the great, caring, wholesome vibe it used to carry and then there may be some value in signing up. Best of luck, I wish this could have been a better review.
Harlow is the best Yoga/ Pilates studio I have ever been to. The space is beautiful and relaxing. The instructors are all lovely and it shows in the great crowd of people the studio attracts. Highly recommend Harlow!
Harlow Hot Yoga offers me a diverse range of practice with a variety of professional instructors. Since joining I feel calmer my body is definitely more agile and I am even sleeping better.
Love love love going to yoga classes at Harlow! The instructors are amazing, and come around to explain or help in different stretches. The studio is relaxing the moment you walk in, you feel calm. The yoga room is such a nice temp and you can really use that to get into your stretches and relax. I have found since going to harlow, I have more flexibility and less stress! Harlow has great teachers, a good variety of yoga offerings and super responsive admin. Really well priced too.

I found Harlow’s to be an essential part of my self care routine. All the teachers are supportive and knowledgeable. They offer many different styles of yoga and Pilates in a gorgeous heated studio.
I immediately relax as soon I my mat is rolled out.

Amazing studio! I’ve been doing my Yoga Practice here for around 3 months and have never disappoint me. It is super easy to book and to cancel. There’s a variety of teachers so you can never get bored or expect the same. I highly recommend it. ️
My friend recommended Harlow about a year ago and we started practicing yoga together in this beautiful studio. I get the best feeling after every class, feeling grateful for having dedicated time to myself. The instructors are professional and they help you stay in the present moment, focusing on breathing techniques and working out different areas of the body. They offer a different range of classes (from high intensity to stretching sessions). Working out in a hot studio has multiple benefits, it not only helps your mind but it has different physical advantages. I love every single class and instructor at Harlow and I always recommend it to my friends and family. Absolutely love going there! Thanks for sharing your passion of yoga and Pilates with all of us.
Harlow studio has the heat and class variety with strong and well prepare teachers! Also everyone is super friendly.
Harlow seems to have a knack for finding outstanding instructors that cover a range of styles and approaches to yoga and Pilates, each one adding a value and variety to my routing. Their admin support is also wonderful, and they never make a fuss when I put my account on hold for regular travel. I have been going to Harlow for about 2 years, and wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else!
I’m looking forward to my Harlow classes every week! The balance, focus of mind, concentration, playfulness and incredible flow provided by the instructors is beyond every expectation I had on my first class. I’m a member for a solid 6 months now and every time I enter the space it feels like I’m in a New York loft surrounded by beautiful scent and positive people. I honestly love it there and I do recommend it to everyone who wants a few hours of self love every week.
The best hot pilates and yoga in Brisbane! I adore this space so much, it is the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. The teachers are all so lovely and welcoming, there are always classes to suit your mood or energy levels and the location is so convenient.:)
The most beautiful hot studio! All of the instructors are lovely, and make you feel welcome and comfortable. The classes are challenging but so much fun. I have been going for around a year now and still look forward to every class.
I really enjoy the Harlow A and D with the meditative parts. I think they're challenging enough that I feel improvement but also not so painful that I dread coming, which I struggled with in other types of classes. The instructors all monitor your form closely to avoid injury and make you feel really comfortable.
Kind, compassionate and welcoming!
I actually joined Harlow for mental health reasons, and I'm so glad I did! I have definitely noticed a positive shift in my mood since I started attending regularly. I am also enjoying the physical challenge of the classes! I always leave feeling good, even if I have had a rubbish day. I personally find the combination of the infared light and heat quite therapeutic.
Favourite classes so far are Harlow A and B (Mish and Nica, respectively) and Lucy's hot barre class! Look, I thought I was pretty fit, but apparently not (!). I think hot barre is one of the challenging things I've ever done. Harder than PT! The girls make it look so easy.
To be brutally honest, prior to joining, I was initially a little intimidated - mainly due to the perceived Newstead + 'Lululemon' factor. (Just for the record, I am not trendy at all.) However, for my fellow dags, the room is dark enough for you to salvage your dignity and melt into the corners (should you so wish). Overall, I have found the Harlow community very welcoming. I would particularly like to mention the instructors, who are always enthusiastic, kind and approachable. Highly recommend.
