Incredible practice, the staff are all so amazing and attentive. I feel very cared for and with all the doctors, they all really take the time to listen to what my issues are never feel rushed out the door. The receptionists are amazing, so friendly and helpful cannot recommend this centre enough!

Dr Rachel Daniels is the best doctor, I have seen her since I was a teen. She always remembers details and knows to check in on things. Is always easy to chat with and ready to listen to any concerns I have and is swift to take action. She now sees my kids too and we have always been extremely happy with her care and empathy.

The most professional and friendly reception staff we have ever encountered. There's a reason they have all been working there for many years! Although this is a busy medical centre, they always greet you with a smile and never make you feel like just a number like most places. The Drs are also great too -very respectful and experienced.

Dr Ibrahim gets the job done.

I've never been seen on time, even when booking a 6am appointment. When calling ahead for wait time or delays, I am told that there isn't any delay, however wait on average 20-30minutes past appointment scheduled time to see the dr I booked in with.

I have been attending this practice for over 10yrs & have never had a bad experience, mostly all of the staff on the front desk have been there for years & are super friendly, supportive & professional. I have seen pretty much all of the doctors & nurses here & the level of care is the best I've received! If Drs are running late you are informed, yes it's a busy centre- that's because it's THE BEST! Sad to see fake reviews here - I actually think alot of them are written for the practice that's actually at harbour town which this one is not.

Very busy practice. But didn’t wait long and had very good medical care and attention. Administration staff first rate.

Pretty disappointed in this place. Dr Clem is nice enough, until he makes any form of promise. 120km back and forth (through floodwaters) for him not to follow through with a simple form. Pretty sloppy effort, and no accountability.

Critical or creative thinkers beware that supercilious snit Jan on reception. She's just enough of a simple bureaucrat to make any (and every) basic interaction incredibly unpleasant.

Adrienne is a saving grace for their professionalism.

Worst doctors on the Gold Coast. Don’t really care what you have say to them. Then belittle you. Been to 3 doctors here and they have all been the same. I think it’s time they rethink their staff

Dr. Margarita Mallari is an exceptional Doctor.
I personally followed her from the Highland Park Clinic as I held the up most confidence in her.
My husband Ian is also now a patient of hers and he is immensely impressed with her Professionalism and her attitude of always following any medical issue to the limit.
The reception staff are also to be commended on their dedication of always trying to assist ASAP with appointments and overall just being efficient and personable.

If I could give less I would! Disgusting when healthcare "Professionals", and I use that term lightly, refuse to see a 23 month old in obvious respiratory distress because they don't see anyone with COVID symptoms! Disgusting!

Don’t advertise you are open until 7pm if you aren’t. Came in at 5pm as per my doctors instructions and the staff at the front desk were so rude. Normally I have no issue here but today was something else. I’m very disappointed with the staff. I was in there for a max of 5 mins to do a swab for my doctor and the lady with straight blonde hair at the front desk had the audacity to complain about me being here, even when she opened the door she couldn’t have rolled her eyes and harder at me being there. “I’ll never get out of here” she whinged to the other lady at the front desk, it makes you not want to come back. If you aren’t actually open until 7pm it should be made clear and there shouldn’t be a sign on the front door saying open until 7pm.

I feel very belittled even though my doctor told me to come in. Not to mention the three times I tried to call today the phone was ringing for at least five minutes before I was answered and I was out on hold for 15 minutes with no answer and had to call back. Not impressed. Most people work 9-5 much like myself but and I understand wanting to get out of work on time, but honestly if I had to stay back 5 minutes to help someone I wouldn’t complain like she did. It was really an awful experience.

The Doctors are the Best I have dealt with.
The staff are Always polite.
I wouldn't go Anywhere Else.
The most thorough Doctors and Easy to talk too.

I find Dr Chris Jones to be a very caring and professional doctor. I’m prepared to wait because I know he will give me the required service when it’s my turn. I recommend a doctor who (at his own detriment) is NOT a clock watcher.
Remember: what you give out, you get back!

The staff are accommodating, efficient and know their role well. Professional in their communications with patients. Doctors Cano and Court are outstanding with patient care, their listening, questioning abilities and coming to a prognosis from their professional experience and knowledge instills confidence and strong treatment plans.

I've been going here for years and they've always been very good. No complaints. And the blood-test lady is hilarious.

Treated like a drug seeker and will be making a complaint to health ombudsmen. No care about a new patients welfare. At all. Really upsetting

Good staff, exceptional doctors; but. Expect a wait. Sometimes, up to 45 min-1 hr. I'd expect this is due to everyone wanting to come here.
