HCFP staff are wonderful ladies, Dr Siva is an amazing experienced Dr, our family has followed him from Toolooa Family Practice and he has been our family Dr since before my children were born. He is a wonderful man.

First visit was a bit slow but the doc was very thorough for an initial visit and as we are pensioners suggested a free trial for my wife's wrist pain ant a physio

I am new to Gladstone & needed to see a GP whom I could call my regular GP, I walked into this medical practice & was given an appointment within thirty minutes.

The Doctor was Dalia Ishmail who I found very rude, who did not have any people skills at all. She, instead of talking directly to my face was talking to her computer.

My results for the tests I had was not provided to me as I had to prompt her into what they were.

At one stage when I asked if I could have my blood test with the Pathologist she asked if I had fasted, to which I replied yes, she then asked if I was sure I had.

What doctor in their own minds would ask an adult patient this question.

I will be changing doctors from hereon in. I am not happy with her attitude & lack of professionalism.

I found the reception staff very friendly, efficient & helpful.

Always happy doctors very thoughtful and thoroughly check the kids out properly always fast to get in for something important the receptionist are great too

Always happy with the service at reception, and my GP Dr Sam is great, attentive and has a care factor most important.

I needed doctor for my son. Looked at many medical centres, all booked out. I found two available doctors at this clinic and they just rejected my booking because they are not accepting new patients. That's so stupid, if they are available why not attending someone that is sick?

Nice dr was seen on time and he was very helpful as i am new to gladstone and he covered everything.

First time appt - friendly and efficient staff. Very thorough service, I had a great deal of records to be scanned, the young staff member was kept very busy. Thank you for your assistance and professionalism. Dr was thorough and polite. Thank you also to the nurse who removed my stitches.
Will be recommending this business to friends.

Friendly ladies at reception desk as per usual, Dr Dalia is amazing and clearly cares about her patients thoughts and any concerns. Very thorough. Always a great appointment at Harbour City Family Practice.

Would be better if did not have to wait half an hour of booked appointment.i guess people may have more problems than they thought.hence longer appointment.maybe some more doctors might help.

Reception was very helpful and sorted everything quickly Doctor was helpful as always will be happy to go back there again

A great experience. My doctor was kind and courteous and thorough. Reception very courteous. I'm pleased I found a doctor who listens.

Normally we see Dr Benni, but today I rang and made an appointment last minute with Dr Sam, who we have never seen before. My son is terrified of going to the Dr so I had to trick him and Dr Sam played along without even knowing. He was wonderful with my son. I would highly recommend him to any parents who have kids that are scared of Drs. 10 /10 outstanding.
