Our daughter has been attending aerials silks lessons for a couple of years at HAPY Studio. She has learnt so much and loves her sessions and teachers. The teachers teach and guide but also allow her to be herself and follow her own style. Highly recommend this studio!

The staff are so fantastic, so much fun to be around, they are so patient and so motivating, you are never made to feel like you can’t do anything, only made to feel that you most definitely can!

My instructor Angie is fantastically amazing.
Have you ever met an instructor that would teach you everything and not holding back? Angie was so lovely and very professional, you don’t need to worry if you can’t keep up with the other girls in the class or they are teaching you something too basic, Angie can find out where your fitness level is and teach you the tricks/ postures that would make you feel challenging enough yet achievable.
Every instructor/ staff even the members at HAPY are all so friendly:) can’t wait to continue my aerial silks journey with them!

The facilities are incredible, the new dedicated aerial yoga space was clearly lovingly crafted and creates the most peaceful and introspective experience where you can be completely focused on your practice. What really sets this studio apart is the dedication and positive energy. The staff are not just body and size inclusive but actively positive - they not only tell you to work with what your body can do at this point, but cultivate class structures around highlighting your strengths and working on areas of improvement in a supportive way. In my first session on hoop I could barely get up once assisted, but Carlie was positive about what I had accomplished and adjusted to fit my needs, so that in every class and training session I improved more and more. As a plus sized woman, active spaces often feel exclusive and unwelcoming even if they call themselves "body positive", but I have always entered and left HAPY feeling empowered and excited to come back and do it all again. The happiest place on the Gold Coast, in my opinion!

Hapy is a fun, welcoming and wonderful place for people of all ages and abilities to learn aerials at. I love the inclusive environment and the support I receive as I step out of my comfort zone as I progress with my skills. I highly recommend Hapy studio to anyone wanting to try any form of aerial arts.

Hapy studio is such a fun and supportive aerial community, the instructors make you feel welcome and take the time to make you feel comfortable in everything new!

Carlie is so patient and sweet and also talented! She's amazing with tailoring exercises/movements to take into account injuries, and her studio feels safe even when you are hanging upside down in the air. I recommend this to everyone, an awesome confidence boost and fitness boost.

This studio is amazing - I travel here from the other side of the gold coast and sometimes from Brisbane because its so good. The instructor is caring and patient and I have come so far since being here. This really is a HAPY place. Classes are so much fun and after you leave Happy! I would recommend this studio to anyone whether just starting out or looking to expand your training. Can't wait to see what future has in store at HAPY!

A vibrant, state of the art studio with a fantastic, knowledgeable, and patient instructor! Since starting Aerial classes, my strength and flexibility have improved immensely.and it’s SO MUCH FUN!
