I recently paid for a 2 year warranty that covers screen protector replacement and if the screen underneath gets cracked you can get it replaced with the warranty.i personally have a very bad reputation with phone screens, and the screen protector has protected my phone very well.i did have to get the protector replaced, and as my screen underneath was cracked the whole repair was covered by the warranty.the staff are very friendly and helpful regarding phone repairs, and ensure to keep track of your warranty status, so there is no need to worry if they “forgot”. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Hands down the best screen protector on the market! I am not a very careful phone owner and these screen protectors have saved my phone big time!

Glenn assisted me with my Apple Iphone charger point issues. Instead of just selling me another to be installed inside my IPhone he cleaned it out which saved me hundreds paying for another to be installed. Highly recommend this place. I will be back that is for sure.

Dropped my phone in, which was suffering from sudden death. They fixed it somehow by only plugging it and messing around with the buttons, and didn't charge me anything. They were more than happy for me to bring it back if it played up again. Better than those big companies that straight send the phone away and cost a fortune, only to get no result.

The technician was very helpful and I was able to fix my wife's phone quickly on the spot. Good service

The Townsville Happytel staff went above and beyond for me when I brought my iphone in. It wasn’t working at all, they reassured me and said they could have it working again in just an hour! It was so fast!

On Thursday night I was at Stockland in Townsville and was at Telstra with a phone problem. They told me I could either upgrade my phone or reset it and lose EVERYTHING.
Not happy with those choices, I made my way to Phone Adore near Jamaica Blue coffee shop and was greeted so warmly by the young man there (Mason). Not only did he fix my phone, but I didn’t lose a thing.
No matter what goes wrong with my phone/iPad in the future, I will only go and see Mason and so will my friends, family and social media followers. Good job mate and thanks so much.

Julie provided amazing customer service fixing air bubbles underneath a brand new screen that had just been put on at a competitors store! I will most certainly be back for all of my phone needs!
