Got iPhone 11 screen replacement.not genuine screen but did the job. Screen faulty after couple of months with screen bleeding in one corner which grew. Went and showed them and they fixed on the spot and replaced my screen again with no hassles and no extra charge.

Highly recommend! Good job Happytel and your staff are hella friendly too!:)

Super Happy with Ian's repair on my Iphone 7
above & beyond what I asked him to rectify
originally took it to him to repair charging dock
also wanted to replace my original battery (7's are known for short battery life)
Whilst he had it apart he noticed some damage to my circuit board which explained a few other things that where going on with it
I left it with him to finish the job said will be ready overnight maybe a day
he called me within an hour or so & told me it was ready
NO CHARGE on Circuit board repair etc come get it in the morning (Sat)
Nina the Manager was there i also had asked them to throw on a new screen saver, paid for repair etc & went back to my car plugged it in wasn't 100%
happy went back Nina checked it with her charging cable & asked me to go to my car to see if it works.
I did & went back all 100% She also gave me her cable free of charge

Just got my phone screen replaced, happytel immediately ordered me a new screen a few days ago they let me know that it had arrived today and did a speedy job finishing it, also the guy there took the time to put my screen protector on both workers on today had great customer service where friendly and informative thank you!

My phone wasn’t charging very well so she fixed it while I waited and works great now and didn’t charge me because it was fixed so quickly A+

I've been shopping here for a while now, and every single time I have the best experience. Just recently I took in my kids iPads looking to buy tougher cases and was told to not waste any money, what I had was really tough. Highly recommend.
