I cannot commend James at Happytel Stockland Cairns highly enough. I was despairing as my phone dysfunctioned and other repairers suggested I return my phone for warranty repairs. James troubleshooted patiently and within half an hour he had it fixed like new. Bery friendly and very efficient.

I took my phone in for a new screen protector and haven't been able to charge it since due to glue in my charging port. They have tried to blame the phone to avoid repairing it however i have had it looked at by 2 other stores both say there is glue in it. The guy was nice then when he realised i was there for a refund demanded receipt first which was fine however he remembered me before he knew why i was there.
Upon telling my partner what had happened he informed me that when he had the screen replaced in his i phone 6 nth ago he returned 3 times as the phone would stop responding/ screen lifted off. I hadnt realised the store i went to was where he had such a terrible experience previously: (0 stars
Incompetent scammers that sell cheap replacement parts for retail price. Beware!

This place does it all. Phone cases at the lowest prices. Quality phone repairs done for a good price and fast.

Paul did a wonderful job helping me with my phone today.

After being quoted a price for fixing the screen, Paul realised the screen itself wasn't broken but instead a few wires had come loose within the phone which could be fixed easily.

He didn't charge anything to sort out the wires and saved me having to pay for the screen to be fixed unnecessarily.

Thank you for your honesty and integrity Paul, if I have anymore issues with my phone, I know where to go for a quality service.

The staff were very helpful and friendly had great knowledge of their products. Prices are fair too.

Don’t buy Apple Watch bands here I did and it let go at the clip and my watch slipped and got damaged and they refuse to replace my watch as there product was faulty and basically destroyed my watch face as it went flying when it broke at the join. Going through the ACCC to get it replaced as it’s unfair.

I bought some ear phones and phone cases from here, all of them are good quality and reasonable price.they do heaps of promotions every month.

Super unprofessional! Wasted my money and almost 5 hours! I replaced my iPhone’s battery a few days ago, but it always automatic shutdown and when charged my iPhone, it was quite hot. So I came back to this counter, they replaced the battery again but it still automatic shutdown and worse than before, then the staff told me it’s my iPhone’s issue rather than the battery. = (BTW, when they repaired my iPhone they kept me waiting and served other customers. Later, I went to another store to replaced my battery, now my iPhone all good and they told me there are no any problems with my iPhone. So, if you wanna repair your phone here, pls consider it carefully.

Worst customer service, sold me stuff i didnt need then took his time for a refund, area manager is no help and very rude highly recommend not going to this store
