The 2 chaps working at Bundaberg Happytel today helped to fix my phone which was overheating and not charging correctly. They went above and beyond and were extremely helpful!

Charging port was not working, thought I needed a new replacement, the friendly staff there found out it was a bent connector pin and corrosion around and in the port.

They repositioned the pin and contact cleaned the port and it was working again!

They get the job done well and professionally.

Had the phone screen repaired here, payed $180 and the keys still do not work. Would never recommend this business for phone repairs ever.

Do not have your iPhone screen repaired here! They don’t know what they’re doing and will not refund your money! Steer clear from this establishment!

Had a failed Samsung cell. They plugged it in and went thru the internals to find the problem. Said it would take about an hour to repair/ could I come back. Went back after an hour and it was just being finished off with a test run. Has been working soo well ever since and the price was really good

Happytel was surprisingly easy-going and very intuitive with my wants and needs? Surprising really, considering I'm pretty anti-social, but ya'll did a good job, specially the one with the american accent? Dunno why but you were easiest to understand? No offence, just easy to follow your words <3

My phone wasn't charging so came in store to ask about it. Alice was very helpful and cleaned out the charging port for me. And didn't charge me. Thanks alot

AMAZING and SPEEDY service from start to finish on every repair I've had! This is the only repair store I use now and they have always been able to sort out my devices problems. The reason why I think their service is so great is because their staff is trained to be helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable.

I accidentally dropped my phone while I was taking my dog for a run. I use my phone for work and keeping in contact with my family so it was really important that I have it fixed as soon as possible. I went to the shop straight away but it was already 5pm. The staff member working that day offered to work late just so she could fix my phone for me the same day and I could have it back and ready for work the next! It was amazing, everything worked perfectly and it was so fast I was absolutely shocked. She even showed initiative during the repair and informed me I needed to replace my battery because it was swollen and the quality was really poor!

I also frequently visit the shop for screen protectors and the occasional charging cord. Their staff instantly recognise me and know me by my name. They are always friendly and work tirelessly to find the best solution for my needs. When I was most recently they recommended I try a new screen protector since I always drop my phone and I go through the glass ones too quickly, and it's been amazing. It hasn't cracked and the phone screen is still undamaged.

I’ve used this phone shop twice now, first time- great I had my screen replaced then about a month later I dropped and smashed my phone again- so I went back to get it fixed- spent a fortune in the shop getting my screen replaced, a screen protector and a new case to make sure it didn’t happen again. I was told the battery was ruined but it would cost a lot more to get that fixed and I said i would leave it for now- there was NO mention at all about any water damage. The same day I had my screen fixed the screen turned green and wouldn’t work- hadn’t dropped the phone it just stopped working. But then the next morning it was working again- so I went back into the shop and spoke to the lady and I asked if it happens again can I get it fixed as it shouldn’t be happening? She said that’s totally fine so I left it- two weeks later I’ve went back because the screen turned green I explained the situation they said they would fix the screen but wouldn’t put on a new screen protecter- I was frustrated so I’ve probbably come across a bit arsey. So when I went back to pick up my phone I apologised straight away for being short with her. She then has said that she’s called up the original girl who said she told me about water damage (which was never ever ever said) Basically called me a liar and said that I’m not covered by any warrenty now! Why wasn’t I told about the water damage the first time? And why wouldn’t I be covered now if it was already there when she fixed it? My phone hasn’t been anywhere near any water and I think it’s an absolute joke. Anything to get out of giving loyal customers what they are rightfully owed.

The cover i bought was an expensive otterbox tough option. I didn't realise it was going to cost so much but it is great. Customer service was good.
