Very happy with the service, my screen got broken and they change it for free as I was a precious customer and had purchased extra protective screen maybe 6 months ago.

My husband had trouble with his phone he couldn’t charge it dropped it off and when we came back James was his name found the culprit it was a small piece of wood stuck in the charging port. He didn’t charge us anything so my husband said ok in that case I’ll buy 2 ph cases one for himself and one for me great service and super friendly and very helpful good work James and thank you

Great service all round, been there a couple of times for different reasons and will go back again if needed.

I had some water damage in my phone and was told they'd probably need two days to fix it. 3 hrs later, they had dried out the phone without having to open it so my warranty was still intact. And as they didn't have to open my phone they charged me less than their quoted price. All the staff were friendly, approachable, helpful and obviously efficient and good at their job. I am one very happy customer

My phone (iPhone) was dropped by my kids and had a malfunctioning screen and cracked glass. I brought it in expecting to wait maybe a few working days if not more, nope. Fixed my screen and glass in one hour flat on a Saturday at that! Fantastic service and efficient. Have used them before for glass replacement as well and always no more then an hour or two. Highly recommend!

I loved the customer service. I would not recommend anywhere else but here. The staff were so friendly and got the job done fast. It took them 4 hours to fix my phone and they noticed underlying problems and fixed them.

What a great service I received from Julie and Jae at HAPPYTEL Smithfield. My phone had a damaged Digitizer+LCD +FRAME. I was told by Telstra they would have to send the phone away to be repaired. So when I took my phone to HAPPYTEL outside Kmart. Julie fixed my phone within the hour. No fuss. Very professional and so nice. Thank you very much.
